   I had an excellent acne consultation and treatment appointment with Martine. We went through my history in depth and spoke about what the best plan moving forward would be. We then did a bit of a treatment to start me off and Martine then gave me a full morning and night rountine with products to help with my skin.    Friendly welcome. Once upstairs, (very steep stairs- she checked i was alright with them) Deneze talked me through everything going on, making sure I was ok. Gave me some samples for after care. Nothing was a problem. Very professional and can see results after just one session.

   I went to have a large skin tag removed. I was impressed from the moment I walked in. I was greeted by a delightful young lady who took me through to a comfortable seating area and chatted with me while I waited. She was most concerned that I knew that if I was parked on the adjacent car park that after 90 minutes a fine would be issued and encouraged me to move my car to another car park to avoid this. The building itself was beautifully presented, spotlessly clean and high tech. My procedure was done by Karen in another beautifully fitted room which was warm and comfortable. Karen made me feel completely at ease, explained everything clearly and was kind and thoughtful. The actual procedure was uncomfortable but Karen was reassuring and kind. Everything went well and I was sent home with clear instructions and the necessary products to look after the wound. I had no problems whatsoever when I got home and by the next morning it was like I had never had a large skin tag. I would absolutely recommend this clinic as a place to visit for treatment.

   Fantastic and friendly service. Caroline sets a fantastic warm and friendly tone from the moment you arrive at the clinic. Karen was brilliant at helping me remove a mole to the back of my head. The procedure was a little painful, but Karen was great and very reassuring during it. Would fully recommend.
