Communication from pain clinic to patient abysmal told my GP I have an appointment but did not inform me!
They don't even answer the phone. Then moan why you didn't show, how suppose to reschedule without answering the phone? No answer, been ringing for weeks. Might as well shut this place.
You just can’t get through at all. Doesn’t ring just cuts you off.
Tried calling... no ring tone.. call is dropped after 30 seconds. Shambolic. .. no doubt theyre all "WFH" ... ??

Have been trying to contact the clinic all week (18th-22nd October 2021) regarding an upcoming appointment. The number says it is calling but no dialling tone and after approx 30 secs it cuts you off. I have reported it to the NHS using the online form and they have responded saying it has been forwarded on to be dealt with. Really not good enough Weaverham Clinic that your patients cannot get in touch with you. Let's get back to some basics, ie, customer service post- covid.
Worst pain management appointment I’ve ever had. Reception shut so the building looked like something out of the walking dead. Doctor finally came out and asked me to fill out a form, called me in to a room which had a desk two chairs and a child’s desk and basically said “why are you here” no physical exam and basically thinks it’s all in my head (he had non of my records) despite me giving him a brief history and pain getting worse and spreading. Wanted me to try group management which I told him I’d done. A psychologist had noted more physical investigation should be done before anymore therapy which he completely dismissed. No wonder people commit suicide when they just get passed along pillar to post and that’s their last hope, back to the start. 10-15 minutes in and out, guess he had better things to be doing that day.
