Always a 10 out of 10 for Sam,I have often referred to him often as a miracle worker,he got rid of my sciatica and back pain a couple of years ago,unbelievable guy,back with him again as I refer for a top up.Would not go anywhere else.

My previous review was after my first visit. That was 2 years ago. Sam's expertise got rid of my headaches then and, with a visit every couple of months, they haven't returned. The treatment I have is called a Sports Massage but I'm 70 and certainly not an athlete. I'm no expert but I'd call it deep tissue massage. Either way, Sam's very likeable, friendly and I thoroughly recommend him.
I cannot recommend and praise this place enough. Sam is great at what he does and also a fantastic bloke to have a chat with. I had my back, shoulders and pecs worked on. It has brought instant relief from pain. My shoulder was aching and although I associated pain with something else than muscle therapy helped right away. I highly recommend it. Thanks Sam
I cannot recommend coming here for a sports massage more! I had my third massage today and I am choosing to have them bi-weekly to help with my return to my very physical business as a dog walker and boarder following a car crash 2 years ago (of which I am still in recovery building muscle again). I used to have sports massages carried out by someone else and the difference is unreal! Sam works to relieve the tension and pain in your body for the entire appointment from start to finish - the previous guy I had used to stop and chat and drag the appointments out and wasn’t nearly as firm! I literally feel like a huge weight has been lifted from me after and it helps so much with the aches and pains I have. Honestly it helps mentally too - I came in with a pulled muscle in my lower back today, and on top of that I felt really stressed, but I left feeling relief inside and out. It definitely helps that Sam is super professional and a proper nice guy - I laugh all the way through my appointments! I’ve already recommended him to all my friends.
Went to sort a Shoulder problem which hadn't gone in 4 weeks. Sorted it and with advice for the aftercare and exercises 2 weeks later all is fine again. Would definately use again when needed
3 weeks ago I had very big pain from Sciatica that was going to my right leg. Gittins took me next day (were other companies told me to wait a week in pain for appointment). Not only next day I receive treatment but it really quickly healed. After two weeks no more sciatica, no pain. And price is really great. Full professional. From now I will only going there.

After lockdown I began suffering headaches. After 1 session headaches were relived. Now try to get there every couple of months. Always made welcome and comfortable. Would recommend you get transport to & from. Left very relaxed one day and backed into a bollard luckily very slowly. Would recommend to anyone.

I have been to Sam twice with various niggles, both time been put through a world of pain, we have a laugh and i come away feeling abused and bruised, after a 30 minute session all the pain is gone, who needs a Dr when you have Sam,. Fantastic session, i recommend Gittins to all my friends, infact i think ill start buying them for presents, a gittins voucher and a piece of leather to bite on and your in for a treat, Thanks Sam, see you in a few weeks......
