Excellent service. Very helpful, very efficient and very professional. Younis arranged flu vaccines, at short notice, for our school. He made the process very easy for all staff, including coming into school for the staff who couldn't get to the pharmacy.
I attended the pharmacy today following a recommendation for travel vaccines, and felt it was important to leave a review because the service was excellent. We walked in initially just to check whether they could provide the vaccines, and was immediately impressed by how professional and informative it was. Younis was excellent. He gave us all the relevant, up-to-date information we needed to make an informed decision, and advised us to take some time to think everything over, which we appreciated. He also explained which forms we needed to complete and how to access them. Later in the day we decided to go ahead, and once again Younis was incredibly accommodating. We dropped in and had the vaccination done with no stress at all. We had originally planned to travel to Liverpool later this week for the vaccines, but rest assured, Younis has all the knowledge, experience and professionalism needed to complete everything in a relaxed and comfortable environment. Highly recommended.
Booked an appointment tent for my elderly mother and brother who is special needs. Eunice was fantastic. Taking into account both their conditions and delivering a smooth and professional al service. My brother is not a great patient when it comes to vaccinations and due to their compassion we were in and out in minutes. Would certainly recommend and will be going again.
We got our Rabies jabs from Younus. He was extremely helpful and accommodating to both myself and my Girlfriend. He even stopped to talk to us and give us travel advice for our holiday. Will definitely be returning in the future if we need more vaccinations. Overall a very good experience.
I just had my Covid booster at West Bank Pharmacy. Younis the manager was very polite, warm and welcoming and had a lovely manner. I didn't even feel my injection! All over in a flash. Booked two of us in for Covid and Flu vaccines, very easy to find right opposite the Catalyst Museum with a small car park at the side. We were early but this was no problem and Younis put us both right at ease for our vaccinations, with his very professional yet friendly personal service. Highly recommend.
