   Today I've been for my 2nd pregnancy massage and it was like heaven! I've came out again with absolutely no aches or pains and feel absolutely amazing. During my first massage I was given advice regarding insomnia and leg cramps... I couldn't believe it when the recommendations actually worked! I will 100% be back to try out the other services that are offered. Thank you for making me feel so amazing!

   I had my first Indian head massage with Charlotte and it was amazing. Charlotte is very warm and friendly, she explains what the session will comprise of, and what she will be doing during the message. The massage itself was extremely relaxing. I would highly recommend and I will definitely be booking again.

   Brilliant service, very quick to diagnose what issues I had and huge benefit felt following treatments and follow up exercises that were given. What was incredibly useful was how knowledgeable Charlotte was and she was able to clearly explain to me what the issues where and how my different problems all connected together so we could work on a strategy to make my whole body better. Would definitely recommend.

   Thank you so much to Charlotte for my c-section scar massage. I had 3 sessions and I can feel a great improvement. I have limited feeling around my scar area and my scar is quite bumpy and dark, but it's been so much better since my massages and with the exercises I was given to take home. Thank you!

   I’ve had a few massages from Charlotte at Edena Therapy now and they have all been great. I suffer with shoulder problems and Charlotte releases tension and gives me exercises for at home too. She’s also helped me when I was pregnant and given me advice as well as treatments. Would definitely recommend.

   Enjoyed an amazing pregnancy massage! Char listened to exactly what I wanted and made me feel very comfortable with my ever growing bump at 33 weeks pregnant. Very relaxing and stress relieving. Definitely recommend! Just wish I'd found this earlier! Will definitely be back.
