“I recently had acupuncture treatment for neck and shoulder pain and migraine. Graham was very professional and put my mind at ease by explaining what would happen. The needles were inserted along the top of my shoulders and neck, and down my arm - I barely felt them going in and once in place I couldn't feel them at all. I then relaxed for 20 mins while they got to work - I could feel the tight muscles 'twinging' now and again which apparently means that they are being stimulated and relaxed. Afterwards my neck felt noticeably looser and I've not (touch wood) had another migraine since. I also felt very relaxed and quite tired afterwards so it might be an idea not to drive immediately if you feel like this.”
