   Had my blood done twice at this location, first time was great! and had no bruising, but the second time the nurse managed to take my bloods in the wrong place, leading to bruising for a couple weeks, mixed bag in phlebomoty skill however the staff are incredibly kind, helping and understanding

   Pleasant staff and quick service. Google maps has location wrong though it’s at the building at the side of the doctors. Tried to edit but it didn’t work.

   What an awful experience having a blood test! Was very rudely told to take a seat having disturbed the receptionist in the staff room by just hovering by the door, her displeasure was palpable. Not 1 single word came from the phlebotomist after she told me to go in. She tied the elastic on so tightly that my skin was actually creased, still no speaking. Took the blood, still nothing was said. If I hadn't said goodbye, there would still have been no talking whatsoever. My arm now has a big blue lump on the vein & has bled quite considerably (I give blood regularly & havent ever had this after effect). Can't imagine how a vulnerable person would feel being faced with this rudeness. Manners cost absolutely nothing ladies. Would recommend a different place if you need to give blood during this awful time of pandemic.
