I had a wonderful experience with one of the practice Doctors during my recent visits. Dr. V. Martins and the reception team were caring, professional and I felt genuinely looked after.

Entirety of bevan group is an absolute shambles. Carpark at beaconafield is a construction site. Doctors lie to you and never make contact. They screw up your prescriptions and leave you weeks without meds. THESE ARE PEOPLES LIVES. It's completely unacceptable and it doesn't seem like there's any competition in the area either, all just as bad service as each other. Widnes NHS is beyond reproach. Government set minimum standards, so why would they bother exceeding them, they can't even do the bare minimum. Receptionists are exceptionally rude and even emergency prescriptions take 6 hours and have to be paper (just send it to my assigned pharmacy electronically). They then destroy them at the end of the day. Why?! Avoid this surgery and the entirety of bevan group, your life could literally depend on it

I've had a worrying couple of years health wise but Beaven group practice has been with me all the way , these things make you realise how important our local GP practice is Never mind the patient who think they should be seen by the GP right away people need to applaud the Doctors and Staff when the going gets tuff they are with you until the end good for me as my end was all clear.

Really disappointed with the service. They are quick enough to send a threatening letter if you miss an appointment but if you actually attend your appointment your left waiting for 55 minutes. It was not an emergency one it was a pre booked one. Very disappointed as I have a family of 8 that go here and will definitely be reconsidering which doctors I want to attend in the future. My daughter has adhd and would not wait any longer and we just got told it will go down as a walk out no apology or anything.

It’s a struggle to trying to get an appointment by phone from 8am in the morning is none existant can never get through at 8am till pasted 9:30 then the receptionist will tell you to ring tomorrow its like groundhog day every time you try . Using patient line and NHS app to access appointments is also difficult with no appointments for several months or at all in the near future. I don’t think it’s any better elsewhere I think the problem is not enough doctors per patients and over worked doctors that go beyond their work load I respect all of the doctors at the surgery but something needs to be done with appointment booking system its failing a lot of people. However I did get to see a doctor eventually mind you the system is overwhelmed with patients not enough doctors and on seeing one of the doctors she didn’t seem to well her self Doctors are trying their best but what we need is more doctors to be retained in service and recruit and train more surgery GP’s Government funding is not helping the system

Worst Surgery in the country, tell you to come in for an appointment at 10.20 and still waiting 30mins later ,if the shoe was on the other foot and you are late. Joke of a place

Nearly impossible to get appointments and pharmacy are useless half the time. Dont often get prescriptions organised without my own intervention. The GPs are mostly friendly and helpful though.

Hi I've been meaning to do this for a while and have promised on more than one occasion, I will. Dr O'Connor is the kind of doctor, everyone wants to have as their family Dr. He is not only is he extremely knowledgeable in many areas, but often uses multiple ways of assessing and diagnosing you, including questioning and actually listening to your responses. Something I've not often experienced, yet has often led to him pre-diagnosing complex issues, prior to a specialist consultation. No matter how busy he is, he always make you feel like you have been listened to and has your best interest at heart. We have recently had a baby and he has also been amazing with our daughter, from day 1. I can't thank you enough.

Due to a change in the appointment booking system a few months ago, I have not been able to make one appointment to discuss on going medication with my GP. There is no flexibility with the booking and a complete unwillingness to accommodate those who work a simple 8 to 4:30 job. Reception staff at times are rude, disinterested, and condescending and have a take it or leave it attitude with no empathy. Would not recommend this surgery. Truly shocking service by the administration and management staff.
