Abuses there patients by changing medication without discussion or concent. They won't take responsibility over there own actions but will be quick to blame you for there mess while refusing to amend anything. I would avoid at all cost if you value your health.

Absolutely trying to finish me off these last few weeks Iβve been a patient for over 15 years and you just canβt get appointments now as patches doesnβt work at certain times and secretaries hands are tied and only say call back in the morning at 08:00am my condition was life threatening as my blood pressure was 195 /108 and Iβm prone to heart attacks because of certain meds I have to take for when I had cancer the secretaries were made aware of this and still refused to make me an appointment I also mentioned because my blood pressure was so high it was causing my sleep apnea to kick in and Iβd had no sleep 7 out of last ten nights and it was forcing me to have really horrendous panic attacks I pleaded to at least get a doctor to try see me of call me as I felt the worst Iβve ever felt. FINALLY the secretaries got dr sandu on the phone to her and heβs the owner of the PRACTICE with his wife his advice was to ly down for 60 minutesβ¦ i said ive been lying down all week trying to relax and that my blood pressure meds must be wrong dr sandu response to tell the secretaries was to have me call 111 WOW brilliant service anyway 111 managed to get me to see a doctor immediately and got me a new blood pressure medicine I canβt wait to change surgeries and get a doctor that cares more about there patients than there bank booksβ¦ I will be writing in a formal complaint

After being on the ADHD assessment waiting list for 2 years (I first applied at my GP when I lived in Frodsham but then had to start again when I moved to Runcorn) I felt I had to go private as I was struggling to cope. The private clinic asked me to check that my GP offers shared care agreements so I rang to ask and was told that they do accept shared care, I went ahead with my ADHD assessment and titration with the private clinic, spending more than a thousand pounds, and following the titration period the private clinic applied for shared care and Tower House declined. I rang to ask about it and was told that they only enter shared care agreements with certain clinics that they use and a form has been sent to me to fill in, but I was not told this over the phone when I asked and I think it's quite obvious from the question that I'm not asking about one that I've filled in a form for, so now I'm having to carry on paying the private clinic for my prescription slips, as well as paying a higher price to get my medication.

Doctors are honestly lovely there. I feel like they genuinely care (which can be rare). Which is even rarer - lovely reception staff! So thank you for everything you do.

Towerhouse we're absoutly amazing once my fiancee was diagnosed.spefial thanks to dr ali who was absolutly wonderful so through and so genuine in her care. Dr sandhu also broke down a barrier for my fiancee by calling him mate it helped my fiancee get the care he needed as he felt he could speak up.something small but made all the difference. My fiancee has since passed but I will forever remember there kindness and care even when he had passed i recievedd a wonderful bereavement card from the surgery which considering we had only moved to the area from Manchester and registered less than a year was a wonderful thing to receive.

I have been with this surgery and my doctor for over 25 years. I am very happy with the practice and the services they offer. Most of the reception staff are pleasant and helpful except for 1 or 2 who seem to have a bit of an attitude. That's the reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5.

Always had pretty good service from Tower House. Receptionists have always been pleasant and I have always felt that the doctors really listen and don't try to just fob you off. I definately made the right choice choosing this practice

I do really understand that things are bad at the moment but I've had no help from the practice at all. I phoned the practice yesterday twice to talk to a GP as I have concerns about my elderly father. I live in France so the surgery cannot call me back. I get that and have no problem in phoning you. First call I explained that my dad had fallen at home 4 times in the last 48 hours and needed looking at. She told me to phone back at 4pm so I could speak to the on call Dr. I phoned back at 4 and had to explain again. The receptionist asked if the Dr had been told by first receptionist if I was phoning. I dont think so I said. Well you can't speak to a Dr then. So today I phoned again to see if I could make a telephone appointment with his actual GP. No you have to ring at 08.30 to request a call back. So 3 days will have gone by and I'm still no nearer getting help for my 80 year old frail Dad. Then people wonder why we loose faith.
