Woke up today and I couldn’t stand up! Called the lads at well iced and they said I could go straight down. I thought this was some kind of new craze but honestly after the advice on how to use the hot and cold therapy available I went down and I walked out of there like normal. I still have some pain but that’s nothing compared to how I walked in. Thanks so much lads you have genuine helped me out. Would highly recommend
