   Woke up today and I couldn’t stand up! Called the lads at well iced and they said I could go straight down. I thought this was some kind of new craze but honestly after the advice on how to use the hot and cold therapy available I went down and I walked out of there like normal. I still have some pain but that’s nothing compared to how I walked in. Thanks so much lads you have genuine helped me out. Would highly recommend

   Fantastic facility, the professionalism from the owners is second to none and their knowledge regarding the benefits of cold water therapy was brilliant, great to be in a facility where the owners can explain the benefits both physically and mentally, will definitely be back.
