Had my first appointment with Shraddha today and she was fantastic. Really thorough and professional and I came away feeling positive that I can finally put an end to the pain I've been having for so long with her help. Also a mention to the lovely receptionist who was just so lovely and made me feel at ease. What a wonderful 1st visit!!
I had a 1 hour sports massage with Lisa, and hands down the best massage I have ever had. I went in with unknown pain in my right leg, she found the source of the pain and got it all out within the hour. 10/10 highly recommended!!!!
I took my mum as she had been having issues with her neck. We were given a friendly greeting and offered drinks whilst we waited. Mum was seen today by Neil who was open, honest and thorough. He asked many questions and did some hands on work which made a world of difference instantly. He also advised of other services available and recommended a number of exercises. Highly recommend.
First went to Vicky in 2013 with sciatica. I had 10 sessions although my symptoms were so much improved after 2/3. I have only just returned as client for different issue and didn’t consider seeing anyone else. After two sessions I have seen much improvement. Highly recommend.

I have been attending Premier physio for differing issues over the last four years with chronic problems. I’ve struggled to get an assessment through the NHS and turned to physio to help me clarify a diagnosis and commence a treatment. Vicky recommended shock wave therapy for my Achilles issue. I have to say I am amazed rhat my tendon pain reduced by about 40% after one treatment, this enabled me to finally ditch the crutches I have had to use for months.
I have visited Premier Physio for a variety of treatments including physio, acupuncture and holistic massage and would highly recommend for all treatments. It is always clean, welcoming and friendly and the staff have always gone out of their way to help. I visit Vicki frequently for my chronic migraines and would recommend anyone struggling with migraine to have an appointment with Vicki, she is both knowledgeable and friendly and will do her absolute best to try and help you. I am so grateful to for all Vicki's help over the years and can't thank her enough for always being so helpful and lovely. I also recommend Claire for a relaxing tension-easing holistic massage!
Went for my 3rd or 4th sports massage today with Marian. Really great and I wish I found this place sooner! I always walk away feeling refreshed, I sometimes even doze off because it's so relaxing. They offer deep tissue and a regular massage, whatever suits you better. Definitely go if you're considering it!
I initially went to Premier for a Sports Massage with Marian. I was apprehensive, as I used to have quality massages regularly, in Coventry, before I moved to Runcorn. All I can say is Wow! Having suffered with several training injuries, I needed the massages to be thorough and of high quality. Marian did not disappoint. In fact, she was a breath of fresh air. Taking a different approach to Sports Massages, Marian really respects the muscles, and her knowledge is amazing. Would recommend her without any hesitation. I then started Physiotherapy with Kieran. I was absolutely blown away by his knowledge and enthusiasm. Had a couple of sessions with him so far and can already feel the difference. His no nonsense approach inevitably yields results. Cannot wait to see where this part of my journey takes me. Thanks guys. Keep up the amazing work!
