So glad I found St Helens physio. Tracey is a highly specialised, professional physiotherapist with a copious wealth of knowledge and experience. I was referred to St Helens Physio for a painful neck and back pain. Before being treated by Tracey I had attended Fairfield clinic and was also treated by a chiropractor, but unfortunately to no avail. From the moment I walked into the clinic, Tracey made me feel welcome, listened to, and, above all, cared for. Tracey has an outstanding ability to pinpoint the root cause of my issue and thus was able to tailor a specific treatment to meet my personal needs. My neck and back pain felt so much better after only a few visits. Tracey’s treatments are thorough, effective, and above all, adapted to my personal needs for that specific day. In all honesty, she never rushes the treatment or fob you off with mere exercises. In summary, I can’t say enough good things about Tracey. She’s a dedicated and caring professional, and as such, would recommend her without hesitation. Tracey needs to be congratulated on a job well done.

I had an excellent experience with this physiotherapist. They were highly professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to really understand my condition. I noticed improvement in my pain and mobility after the first session. Also really easy to book an appointment. I would highly recommend.

I had an assessment for vestibular/balance issues with Laura today. She was absolutely fantastic. Laura listened carefully to the history, before doing an assessment and creating a treatment plan. She was knowledgeable and reassuring. Having been really struggling for 5 weeks, Laura has given me the tools and the confidence needed to help my recovery!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Five-Star Review for My Physio, Tracy I can’t say enough good things about Tracy. She is hands down the best physiotherapist I’ve ever worked with. From the moment you walk in, she makes you feel welcomed, listened to, and genuinely cared for. Tracy has an incredible ability to pinpoint the root of an issue quickly and explain what’s happening in a way that’s easy to understand. Her treatments are thoughtful, effective, and always tailored to exactly what you need that day. She never rushes, and she pays attention to the small details that make a huge difference in recovery. Thanks to Tracy, I’ve made more progress than I ever expected, and I actually look forward to my sessions—something I never thought I’d say about physiotherapy! If you want a physio who is skilled, compassionate, and truly invested in your wellbeing, Tracy is the one. I couldn’t recommend her more highly.
