I visited here with what I thought with a trapped nerve. I was treated for poor posture causing me severe pain. I was surprised by the expertise & professionalism that Yaknik Lukhi shared with me- he treated me with respect he was so patient which was beneficial as I have hearing loss. I would highly recommend him without hesitation

Done 12 sessions here with Yagnik Lukhi, after being in a serious car accident. Felt like an old man after crash, thought my career in the building industry was over. Yagnik was fantastic and got me straightened out. Would highly recommend him. He’s very talented.

Referred to by Aviva. Will never visit this establishment again. The service was utterly abysmal and surprised it is still operating with clients.

Visited recently, found it to be unprofessional, unhygienic and not suitable as a physio practice. Rooms were full of furniture from previous business. Overheard patient/therapist conversation whilst waiting. Confidential patient information left out in the therapy room. No hygiene precautions taken (paper on exam bed, cover on head cushion etc.) and no information given to take away for exercises shown in the session.

I have received excellent service from Physio First, especially the first class treatment and care from the Northwest's number one Physiotherapist Miss Molly Parker, whom is a credit to the Physiotherapy field of the Medical Profession and in my humble opinion a credit and very important asset to the Physio First team. Molly has dealt with my case as the true professional she is, and with great skill and diligence, plus put me at ease from the first consultation,I really felt i was in safe hands, and over the course of the treatments my back felt miles better than it did at the start of the treatment,. I cannot recommend Molly enough Thank you so much for all your help Molly and a Job well done. I have reccomended Physio First and especially Molly to family, friends and colleagues alike. Once again Thank you

The staff are very helpful and they give us full support and good treatment. Still recovering from the accident though. I have been to an NHS in Huyton not good to be honest.
