I started to see Natalie over pains in my ankle that made it difficult for me to walk without pain. This pain disrupted my workout classes as I couldn't do all my exercises as previously. I also have a 30-year-old knee injury which means my knee is not always working properly anyways so I found the whole episode very discouraging. Natalie quickly figured out that the problem was not so much my ankles but rather the hips which weren’t supporting my knees properly. Natalie came up with exercises for home but also a change of my workout routine so I could adapt and continue. And it worked, yay. The pain eased, I built up my strength and I could use my leg with more ease again. Then, a couple of weeks late I fell down the stairs which left me with incredible lower back pain and pain killers did not seem to work at all. This led me to lose some of my mobility, I could not continue with my original workout classes and my confidence and motivation just plummeted. So, I can’t thank Natalie for all the encouragement, taking time to explain to me how everything is interconnected and coming up with alternatives for home exercises and my new workout class. It took a while this time round but sticking with it and having Natalie at my side really made all the difference. So, thank you Natalie so much for helping me to stand on my own feet again and enabling me to get back into and continue with my workout classes!

I’ve been seeing nat now for a good few months. Once a week to start with but become less over time after nat was happy & confident I was able to complete physio sessions independently in my own gym. Nat is brilliant, very positive and encouraging at every session. She showed me the correct exercise needed to isolate the area of pain and how to comfortably increase the load each week with out causing any more trauma to the area already in pain. After each session Nat gave me an updated weekly plan to follow in my own gym until my next physio session. Nat gave me the confidence to go back to a circuits class this month at my gym, after not being confident to do any classes for 2 years. Would highly recommend. Thank you so much :)

Natalie’s diagnosis and treatment plan for a lower back problem was spot on. She modified the plan over 6 weeks to strengthen the back and associated muscle groups with a full recovery and no pain. I will keep up the exercise programme to prevent future occurrence. I have already recommended Natalie to a friend. Tom

Natalie is very experienced and gave a good diagnosis of my nerve/weakened muscle problem post- major surgery I am 72 although fairly fit The routines were challenging and over a 3-4 month period the pain had eased considerably and I was regaining strength I had about 4 appointments about once a month and followed the routines at home diligently! We agreed when it was time to finish the appointments and I have continued to improve and have adapted the routine Thanks Natalie!

After several weeks of back and leg pain, a friend recommended Natalie at physio 360. After taking a full history she was able to diagnose that the cause of my pain was a trapped sciatic nerve. After manipulating my back and leg I was able to walk without pain. I was given a range of exercises to do at home and i am still pain free three weeks later. I highly recommend Natalie, i had previously seen my GP twice and had only been given pain killers, which had no affect. Thanks for being so attentive. Linda Bradshawe Chester.
