   Initially booking the appointment was smooth and staff very friendly. Day of appointment I was contacted to be informed that there was staff sickness and they had to reschedule my appointment, fortunately I was able to move a few things around and have another appointment same day. I arrived early for my appointment that was at 18:00. I was taken into my appointment at 18:11 but my session still finished at 18:30. I gave a full account of my history and what interventions I had already had. Physio then performed 5minutes of some deep tissue massage. Once finished I was given some exercises to complete. I feel it’s important to highlight that everything that was done I had been having for the past 5 weeks going for massage therapy and doing muscular exercises which was handed over when discussing history. When I booked my appointment I requested specifically acupuncture as this had been recommended. I left it to the professionals when acupuncture wasn’t given or even mentioned , I’m now two days on in more pain and discomfort than I went in with, I paid £55 full price for what was done although a 1/3 of the time was missed. Staff were friendly, but poor service and not what I went in for. Would not recommend

   I can’t recommend Michael highly enough. As a professional physiotherapist, he is thorough in his assessments, extremely knowledgeable, and has what can only be described as “magic hands.” I had been suffering from a Baker’s cyst behind my knee, and after just one massage session with Michael, the pain completely disappeared — and hasn’t returned since. Having tried numerous physiotherapists with differrent issues in the past with little success, I was honestly skeptical, but Michael exceeded all expectations. His expertise and approach set him apart from others in the field. On top of that, sessions are always enjoyable, with great conversation and a genuinely comfortable atmosphere — the time just flies by. If you're looking for real results from someone who truly knows what they’re doing, look no further. 10/10.

   I arrived with pain in my shoulders, neck, and both upper and lower back. I consulted with Michael, who was attentive and conducted a thorough assessment. He created a treatment plan that included manual therapy and exercises for me to do at home. The service was excellent, and I will definitely be scheduling another appointment.

   These guys really care about your treatment and ensure you get the best outcomes from it. Regular reviews, plus a tailored approach to your physio treatment with good explanations and treatments including acupuncture and massage. It really is improving my shoulder injury. I would be struggling without my treatment. The whole experience is good and very welcoming and friendly.

   Wonderful, Sue was just brilliant, she was very thorough with my past medical history as well as my recent health issues and medication. I loved how she talked me through everything she was doing, made me feel relaxed and not rushed in any way. This is an excellent clinic and I’m so glad I came here as they are helping with my diagnosis and treatment plan. 5 stars

   After a fracture to my back I came for physio with sue.from first meeting me she explained all the reasons I was in so much pain, after one session hip pain I had been suffering with for 8 months has gone!! I had been unable to walk for more than ten minutes without a lot of pain and needing to sit down, Now I can walk for two hours without pain after just two sessions!! I cannot recommend Sue and her practice enough!! I can’t wait to see where I will be after a few more sessions

   Started physio after my road traffic accident I was in a lot of pain and was sent here. I can honestly say sue has worked her magic always listened to my problems. and I never felt rushed with treatment. my back is a lot better after physiotherapy and acupuncture would not go anywhere else. amazing staff and would highly recommend.

   Bridgeman Physio is excellent, the staff are friendly and really welcoming, Rachel and her assessment was thorough, understanding and detailed. She was patient, gentle and answered all of my questions. I arrived feeling anxious but left feeling confident about moving forwards and armed with lots of knowledge to be able to do so. Would recommend to any ladies with womens health issues.

   The Sports massage is a waste of time. I'm sure the rest of practice is fantastic, judging by the reviews but don't bother with the sports massage. I paid £30 for 1 hour, so it's not cheap and basically the girl did 4 manoeuvres on my back. Basically I had my back rubbed up and down for an hour with a few minutes rubbing my neck. I was never asked whether the pressure was fine and was never asked for feedback. I'm suffering with lumbar problems, as well as my neck and shoulders/ upper back. Most of these areas were neglected with her just rubbing from the lower (above my lumbar) back to the upper back again and again and again. I've had sports massages before and so I know there's more than 4 manoeuvres they do. Honestly, I might as well stayed home and had my wife rub my back, or used one of those chair massagers. Complete waste of time and money. But like I said, I'm sure the other physio bits are fine.
