   Absolutely outstanding from the start!! After months of being uncomfortable and in pain with my shoulder due to my job and my participation in the sport of boxing. I visited the physio lounge with hopes that they could help me get back on track with pain free training, They did just that and more. Craig and the team where so helpful in finding out the problem with my shoulder in our first meeting then got me back in for the treatment I needed to help me get back on track! I had injections in my shoulders and now I’m enjoying pain free training and just a better way of living thanks to the physio lounge. Your amazing guys and I can’t thank you all enough for what you’ve done for me Regards Alex

   I approached these with a shoulder issue along with a forearm injury that had been keeping me awake at night. My initial assessment was with Steven and he managed to diagnose the problem and offer a treatment solution there and then. Four sessions later and my shoulder was fixed and the forearm injury is well on its way to being healed. I can fully recommend Steven for his professional skills and the ability to get to the root of the problem. I will have no issues going back there should the need arise.

   I can’t thank the team at The Physio Lounge Warrington enough, especially John (JT) and Steve, for guiding me through not just one, but two ACL recoveries. I first tore my left ACL and meniscus playing football in September 2023, and with John’s help I was back playing exactly a year later in September 2024 – even hitting a personal best in my half marathon along the way. Then in March 2025, I ruptured my right ACL, and once again John and Steve have been incredible in getting me back to my best. I’m still around six months away from full recovery, but the level of care, service, and expertise I’ve had throughout both journeys has been exceptional. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough to anyone going through injury or rehab.

   It's hard to find the words to write in a review to express how grateful we are to Physio Lounge and the exceptional care Craig has given to my husband. My husband was diagnosed with a neurological condition that left him struggling to function and unable to work. We were advised that there was a three year wait for treatment on the NHS and so we started to look for private option for vestibular physio, which is not widely available. From the very first appointment with Craig it was clear that he was really skilled in this area and Craig was able to give him hope that things could improve. My husband has been working with Craig since May 2024. The difference it has made has been incredible. Thanks to Craig's treatment and support, he has been able to return to work part time, something that at one time seemed impossible. He is still working with Craig his condition will always need managing, but Craig's care has improved symptoms so that some normal family life is possible despite this. Everyone in the physio lounge team has been highly professional, skilled and caring. I can't recommend their services highly enough. Thank you to Craig and the whole team for the difference you have made to our family.

   I and my husband have used the Physio Lounge over the years a few times with a few different therapists. Every single time we receive high standards of treatment provided by highly professional and knowledgeable therapists. My latest injury is a tear on my meniscus. I have chosen to do therapy with Stephen Jordan due to him doing Hyrox as well, so will understand my training and movements plus his expertise matches my injury the best in my opinion. He provides excellent treatment, he is very knowledgeable and after 4 sessions I can feel a massive difference. He tailored the program to my needs and my lifestyle. Highly recommend to everyone.

   I love my sports massage with the lovely Odina. She has helped me so much with a painful back and joints. She has spoken to me in great length about posture and has shown me the error of my ways in the way I move and sit which was causing me to get knots in my shoulders. I will be going to David Lloyd Warrington now for all my sports massages. It's also pleasant, clean surroundings with plenty of secure parking.

   I became a patient with TPL in Warrington following a serious cycling accident. The most challenging injury was to the right shoulder. The team at TPL had an immediate understanding of my shoulder problem. Having seen me for exploratory sessions, Clinical Director Craig Lea recommended that surgery was the best option followed by a thorough rehabilitation. He followed up on my behalf and surgery took place. Craig and the team prepared me for the surgery and then provided tremendous support in a very successful rehabilitation process. Huge thank-you to Craig, Stephen Jordan, Tom Lamb, Dena Haffner, Ondina Kovacs and the support team at TPL. I couldn't have done it without you. It was painful at times but all worth it. Thank-you again TPL.

   The physio lounge in the david lloyd warrington practice is very easy to access and clean with a lovely calming feel. Lorraine booked me in straight away with no hassle, I visited Ondina for a sports massage who was very welcoming and made me feel at ease straight away. She was so lovely and made conversation with me the whole way through taking interest in me as a client! I would highly recommend the physio lounge to all of my friends and family and will definitely be returning for further treatments!

   The Physio Lounge has been professional from the start . They have provided me with a top Physiotherapist called Steve Jordan . This man has worked wonders on my Knee complaint . I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend either Steve or the Physio Lounge personally to any body . Job well done .
