   They are awful people to deal with…they never pick up the phone and when they do it there’s never a certain answer about anything you ask them! They always very apologetic but as soon you hang up the phone they just don’t do anything about anything you requested!…never mind trying to leave a voicemail..the message promises a call back within 48hours but they don’t tell you of which year!!!!

   Sent over details for a application for a OCI , what a complete joke. After multiple emails he didn't come back to me. I called him multiple times and finally called him yesterday when he told me he had a bereavement and had to travel. Did not seem sincere and what a run around. PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COST !!!!!!! Terrible way to run a company

   This is the man for the job, hands down! We foolishly booked our flights without having a visa, hoping we could do it online. Behold, the Indian Embassy had curtailed online visas for awhile! So, as a last resort, I came to Narinder. I told him we were booked to fly out in just 15 days. He very calmly and professionally advised that he could arrange our visas in an emergency, but the costs would be quite high. If we had cancelled our flights, the cost would’ve been higher, so I opted to let Narinder do it. Admittedly, things got rather harsh as our flight date got closer, mainly because I kept calling him every day! With 2 days to spare, I got a call from him saying the visas were ready. Heaven knows how he did it, but we got our visas. This is your man. You’ve tried the Cowboys, now try the Indian! Jagjit (of Nairobi Kenya)
