   I recently had to process 2 urgent visa applications for India. I received the most incredible service from start to finish from VisaSwift. I was working from home and liaising with my office trying to process this within a day which i assumed would be very stressful however I was kept in the loop all through the process. There was no stress at all. Daniel and Andrew helped but mostly Daniel on the day of the process. Despite sounding very ill he ensured that everything was processed accordingly and going as far as collecting and delivering the passports himself. Thank you for an amazing service. I shall definitely use VisaSwift again and can highly reccomend them.

   The worst experience of my life. Multiple promises of 3-4 day service coincided with a telephone contact problem staff shortages, my papers left 'pending' for a week, promises of hand delivery @ LHR not actioned and eventual delivery after the flight departed led to huge stress, a bill for £2100, and no response to my request for reimbursement. Don't touch them.
