   I have spent an entire year (10 sessions) on laser treatment of underarms bikini and legs area. Its been a couple months now and the hair is coming back thicker and darker. I understand that they tell us to book follow up sessions but the hair should not be of the same strength as they used to be before laser. Even during laser, I had concerns which they’d say its normal. 4 sessions would give good results while I used to get thick and patchy hair again after the next session. I thought it might get well after 10 sessions but I am not going to book follow up session with them at all as it doesnt look worth it now.

Charlotte V has being doing my laser sessions every month and she does an amazing job! She makes you feel welcomed and relaxed before we start the session and she is friendly too!

   I had my laser hair removal done by Caroline today and I can’t praise her enough for her thoroughness and attention to detail. She carefully marked all the areas, appropriately covered my large tattoo, and took her time with the treatment to ensure that even the smallest sections were covered. She also slowed down when I experienced more discomfort. Thank you!

   lovely staff, always really kind and welcoming. I have had both Nicole & Caroline do treatments on me and both were so lovely! The managers of the store are great too and always really friendly! great service, laser hair removal is amazing having such good results and was quite painless! would definitely recommend to anyone.

   As soon as you arrive, the staff at reception are friendly and welcoming, and you are checked in for your appointment quickly and easily. I've had treatments completed by a few different members of staff, and all have made me feel comfortable and at ease. My most recent visit was with Ebony, who is a delight. She explains each step, and ensures you are happy and comfortable throughout your treatment. She answered all my questions with ease, and tailored the process to address any concerns I had. Before coming to Thérapie Clinic, I had treatments with another clinic/company. Thérapie offers a significantly better experience all round. I would highly recommend them.

   If I could leave more then 5 stars I honestly would, I was in the Liverpool branch today for a consultation and they were all so nice, patient with all my questions and explained everything I needed to know. Oh and they work on all skin types which is amazing as a POC. It was all round just a very pleasant experience. Excited for my next appointment.

   I had my fourth laser hair removal session with Nicole and I cannot fault her professionalism and service. I have had one other consultant for one session and her service did not compare to Nicoles. Nicole makes you feel safe and comfortable and makes the effort to ensure you are happy throughout the session. Nicoles service is so excellent that I have requested I have her for all future sessions.
