   My experience with Voya Visa was absolutely wonderful and stress-free from start to finish. On the day of my visa appointment, everything went very smoothly and the atmosphere was welcoming. All the staff were kind, friendly, and always smiling. The gentleman at the front desk was especially helpful and supportive, and everyone inside was just as professional. I was missing some documents, but they handled the situation perfectly — they didn’t make me panic at all. Instead, they printed the documents for me and made sure everything was sorted quickly and smoothly. The service was truly outstanding, so please don’t pay attention to the negative reviews below — my experience was completely the opposite. I received an email confirming that my visa was approved just two weeks after applying, and I’m now on my way to collect it. I couldn’t be happier with the service. Highly recommended!

   I hadn’t had one document with me when I attended to apply for visa which was a stressful moments for us. So the manager who was a really helpful and kind also accurate lady helped us with that so we could manage our visa process which made us so happy. Also the team was so great and really helpful specially the man who is on the reception. They are a fantastic team.

   Quick online appointment. Mandatory to get travel insurance from them. Friendly and polite staff. Really helpful in explaining and processing applications. Best to apply 4 weeks before travelling. I am happy with their services. They are changing their office so please check before traveling to the old location. It should be on the website or maybe call them before hand.

   The level of sheer incompetence is baffling. I went for a work visa, and it was total shambles for months on end. One of the main issues is that the staff there have absolutely no idea about what they are doing. Laws (particularly those related to visa) change very frequently in Turkey, and their knowledge is clearly not up-to-date. For sure, they will take your money – charge the highest possible fee wherever applicable – and figure out later – and later means MONTHS ON END. Then the manager will take issue with every single document you will show. For instance, my work contract was 6 pages long, written in English, perfectly legible. I was told it should fit into 1 single page (!) aren't they hilarious. Another instance, I had a document with the hotel reservation, address details etc, but no phone number. I was in for another booking (with a booking fee). This sort of things... They seem to enjoy the game thoroughly, and at the end of the day, the joke's on you. Eventually, they will find a fault, maybe not with you but with the company hiring you – and your company will need to send more docs over, which were submitted a month before the meeting at the agency. Weeks will pass, months will pass, and with them the start date of your contract. So you will need to literally harass them on the phone for weeks on end – if you're lucky enough they'll ever pick the phone. Eventually, your visa may arrive, way beyond your due starting date, which might put you in a difficult situation. Because, why not mess up with people's lives?! And the visa you'll receive will say 'single entry', even though they made you pay for 'multiple entry' (double the fee, total çakal). It all felt deeply unprofessional and untrustworthy, to say the least. I feel the central embassy should know about what's happening there. Avoid VoyaVisa London like the plague.

   It was quite busy when I came in so I had to wait for about 30 - 45 minutes before I was served. Paid £172 in total for the visa. I'd advise you to call them first before scheduling your appointment in case it might be too early. Travel insurance is mandatory so it's better you get it done before the appointment. I didn't have one so I had to get it from them and it cost £25.

   I needed to be in Turkey as soon as possible and when I couldn't get any closer appointment,I settled for the VIP,was here for the first time yesterday as I have always gotten my Turkish visa online and was really impressed by the warm reception and highly professional services received from the amazing staff. The security man was helpful and receptive. I was attended to by a wonderful lady;"SEVDA " who was so polite,understanding,helpful and professional throughout my visit.I believe she's undoubtedly one of their best staff too. The cashier was very cool too. It was indeed a wonderful team yesterday ;08/11/22. Once you have all that's required of you,you would be out as soon as possible as was my case (I finished and left in less than an hour). I hope to see more of them as I have a number of Turkey trips scheduled for next year. P:S. -Go with all the requirements. -Respect the staff and allow them do their job. -Be polite
