The people made me feel so welcome Maxine and Chris know their stuff. It's not just a gym it's so much more than that. It's the support, the people you meet, my gym family are the best.     I have been having 1-2-1 sessions with Chris and I can’t recommend it enough. The gym is brilliantly set up and kitted out. Chris is helping reach a level of fitness I want whilst also teaching me fundamental of MMA at the same time. I really look forward to our sessions and feel great. They are friendly and make you feel welcome. I couldn’t ask for more. Would definitely recommend no matter what your goals are. I’m hoping to get to classes soon.
