   Great facilities for little ones swimming lessons. The parking of cars on the zebra crossing in the car park is very dangerous, couldn't get past with a baby in a car seat & a three year old, had to walk round into the path of cars coming in. Reported this to reception

   My 2little ones go to swimming lessons in the little pool but the problem is I can’t watch them because the upstairs viewing area overlooks the large pool, so unless you can get to the far left front corner, you can’t see anything. The downstairs cafe seating area doubles as a viewing window, but it’s always full so can’t see anything there either. But the girls enjoy the swimming, the instructor is friendly and it’s good value compared to other pools.

   My kids have been swimming at this pool for several years, unfortunately it is hit and miss if you get a reliable instructor that will provide a service that you pay for. When dealing with management about any concerns you are told what you want to hear but the problems are ignored rather than dealt with. If you do raise an issue expect to be black listed and talked about as the instructors pass each other poolside rather than them actually take the time to adapt to their students. Clearly too many students in one class for some of the instructors to actually teach all of them at once, and don’t expect any progress if the instructor is off as the cover instructors are there just to pass the time.
