   I booked a phone call appointment because one of my neighbours smokes drugs and gets to my flat the smells and is really annoying and the doctor suggested I had mental health issues. I told her if she wrote on my medical notes I had a mental health issue I would complain against her and she assured me she wouldn’t do that. In addition they tried to book me an appointment with the phlebotomist without any reason so I cancelled this appointment and moved to another GP surgery.

   I was the patient in this GP before, the receptionist is polite but the doctor was not professional and blame to my wife and myself for wasting her time. This was just insane experience ever in our life. i would score zero mark for them if i can. your choice with this GP!

   My big brother passed away in 2022 we all got tested for something called hemochromatosis, i rang them back in 2022 they said no action needed 3 years down the line i have been getting a pain in my belly and back and get tested for it turns i out had it all along and they never even bothered to let me know disgrace of a doctors wouldn’t recommend anyone joining them awfully run doctors.

   Woke up this morning to somebody asking what do I want! She asked again in a nasty stern tone"WHAT DO YOU WANT" i stated you rang me, and again she asked what do u want. I asked who she was and she stated that she was a doctor. I then advised her she was requested to do a medication review,to which she replied so what is it u want me to do...I told her "a medication review" she stated my medication list and I said I want to keep it as it is, because it's working. She dropped my marol prescription by half instantly and cut call off. I rang back receptionist who didn't have a clue what was going on ( they were nice tbh) doctors not fit for purpose been with them for many many years (back when they cared) now they dont care at all and they are nasty. Would give minus if I could this one star isn't even justifiable.

   When I read some of the negative reviews regarding Gladstone Medical centre I cannot resonate with them. I have been with Gladstone for more years than I can remember and never had a bad experience. Being in my dotage has not deterred any member of staff or doctors treating me but with the utmost courtesy . The receptionists are all delightful and always greet you with a smile and ‘Can I help you’ ? The nurses are always there for advice along with any medical appointments. I have always found the doctors to be kind and sympathetic to my various medical conditions at any one time and although in my advancing years I have never been made to be a nuisance.

   They barely help with anything, and since the COVID the doctors don't want to see anyone. My brother had a shoulder pain because of the heavy physical work he is doing, he called them, the receptionist told him the doctor will call him back. When this happened my brother told the symptoms and the doctor simply asked : "What do you want me to do?" Then my mum had an allergic reaction on her eye, we went to emergency, they prescribed her tablets and eye drops and they told her if they don't help we have to see the GP. A week later the reaction happened again, we called the doctor 8:00 in the morning. They called back 16:00 in the afternoon, the doctor again asked the symptoms, we told her , she simply said " go back to the emergency" and hang up. Horrendous! The receptionists are nice though

   Wouldn’t even give this doctors one star! Zero patient care, receptionist are snotty and don’t go out there way to help at all! The nurse is the most unprofessional nurse I have ever came across, says she’s too busy but stands round talking and gabbing to everyone, moans she’s tired Infront of patients and she also braught me out a swab stick infront of a whole waiting room of patients and my 4 year old son, and I felt so embarrassed! Poorly run doctors, seems like no1 can be arsed at all

   0 stars really terrible doctors everytime I went I was made to feel a inconvenience they hardly listened when I went in to ask for help with problems. Ended up struggling for a year with the same problem signed up to another doctors and they sorted it out 1st time because they actually listened to me instead of this one just telling me to stop talking and just googleing everything on the pc, I can do that from home.

   Not much confidence in this practice whatsoever where the GP's are concerned. Not prepared to see patients "face to face" when they have a duty of care towards them. There are enough sufficient protective measures available to ensure the safety of both doctor's and patients. The receptionists and nursing staff are exempt from the above comment and they alone merit the 2 stars.

   From trying to interpret the phone message when you ring, to getting to see a doctor is a farcical experience. I've only needed to use the practice in the last year and during that time appointments have been made when the surgery is closed, others have been cancelled or rearranged. More often than not I have had to explain all over again what my condition is. I'm afraid the only good thing can say about this surgery is the endeavours of the receptionists.
