“After reading the reviews, I booked an appointment for my son to have acupuncture, he had developed Bells Palsy after being poorly with septic tonsillitis. From booking the appointment to treatment, the staff were all extremely professional and friendly. The clinic is very modern and clean. Casey who performed the acupuncture was wonderful, very knowledgeable and positive about the treatment. It took two sessions and his face was back to normal. (Just to add, we were very quick to respond to the Bells Palsy, and his was not as severe as it can be.)”

“We’ve recently joined this vets after moving to the Wirral from living down south. We’ve been twice now with both our Yorkies the vets were so lovely. They only needed a consultation and advice. On one of the consultations the vet cleaned our Yorkies eye for her. Both visits were completely free. At our previous vet’s it was £60 even if only there for 5 minutes. They are really fab! We will continue to use them as we don’t have to fear extortionate prices. They are fair and straight forward and still super caring what more can you ask for. Thank you!”

“Brilliant service!!!! Came here from chester after being refused by my own doctor to be seen as my symptoms weren't a cause for concern yet they were for the amazing nurses and doctors here to be given the medication I needed to get better and working again. Lovely staff, amazing care and attention was what I received here. Shame these guys aren't a doctors surgery but would highly recommend if you need help to come here.
