So after using these vets and paying what was asked on the day which was over Β£170 we thought the service was fine, then a few weeks later we received a letter stating we still owed Β£32. When we asked what the extra was for and could we have a full itemised bill they sent nothing until today which also stated that the "debt" had been passed on to a collection company and our service with them has been terminated, what an absolute joke of a "charity" . Check your bills with these very carefully as they seem to add stuff to it after you have left and paid what they ask on the day.

Weβve recently joined this vets after moving to the Wirral from living down south. Weβve been twice now with both our Yorkies the vets were so lovely. They only needed a consultation and advice. On one of the consultations the vet cleaned our Yorkies eye for her. Both visits were completely free. At our previous vetβs it was Β£60 even if only there for 5 minutes. They are really fab! We will continue to use them as we donβt have to fear extortionate prices. They are fair and straight forward and still super caring what more can you ask for. Thank you!

We had to take our cat to the Animal Trust Vets as he is suffering from a serious condition. Obviously we were nervous about leaving him, but the vets and staff were amazing. Our cat will be on medication for the rest of his life, as much as we do not begrudge doing anything for him, we do feel that the prices at Animal Trust are on the high side, when compared to the royal college of veterinary medicine. Would we recommend the service and care, yes, would we recommend the charges No!

Misdiagnosed my dog twice and she is now currently in emergency surgery at Ellesmere Port animal trust with Pyometra with slim chances of survival. Took my 8 month puppy two weeks ago with sickness, lethargy and diarrhoea. Gave her anti sickness and said it was a possibly phantom pregnancy. I specifically asked about Pyometra as I had researched her symptoms online and was told, βoh sheβs too young, and too soon out of her season to have thatβ. Came home and she has not gotten any better. Rang up this morning got an appointment for half 5, waited in the waiting room until 6.45pm.. 1 hour 15 minutes after our appointment, for the vet to try and give her anti sickness again and said itβs not Pyometra, also said she wanted to do bloods but couldnβt do them as the vets was now closed as it had last 6.30pm. How is that my fault? Said she would have to wait until tomorrow to have a scan and bloods. I asked if I could go to Ellesmere Port instead as they are 24 hours. She said if I wanted to but didnβt think was necessary, just come back tomorrow. Took her straight through to Ellesmere Port only to be charged an out of hours consultation fee by Ellesmere Port even though itβs not my fault I am there and now my dog has had a scan confirming Pyometra and is in emergency surgery with slim chance of survival due to the misdiagnosis in the first place 2 weeks ago. I am appalled and so upset. Nearly 1k in vet bills which all could have been resolved 2 weeks ago. Do not go here if you want your dog treating with compassion and care. I will be making a formal complaint tomorrow when they open.

Went to have my dog for a booster inoculation. Unfortunately this branch didn't have the particular vaccine needed. The Ellesmere Port branch did have the required vaccine. The call centre arranged an appointment the same day. This branch gave excellent service. Many thanks.
