Next to impossible to get an appointment to speak to someone let alone see a GP in person. Will leave the phone queue running for over an hour to tell you that you should have called at the crack of dawn to stand a chance. Refers people to their e-consult service which closes at 9am which is not only stupid for an online service, but is also something our health visitor said shouldn't happen. Fobbed off with a 'just go to a walk in centre', there really is no point calling up here. Additional Update: Managed to get an e-consult done Tuesday, got a response Wednesday. "Just go to a walk-in centre." Guess I should just switch my GP practice to somewhere that will actually do a GP's role.

45 minutes in the phone q to be told no appointments but doctor will call me back between 2 and 5 pm???. The doctors are great if you can get to them. They have a new phone system maybe they need more people to answer it.

I have tried for two weeks to get an appointment without success. I have tried pre-bookable five times. Telephoned eleven times no one answers the phone. I have had to go to Out of hours twice for the same thing and they tell me I really have to see my GP. Easier said than done. The service is disgraceful.

Very rude receptionist. Refusing to give appointment with doctor despite a doctor asking me to see him 2 weeks after starting medication with potentially dangerous side affects. She then processed to tell me off like a child for not attending an appointment which I cancelled via their 'text message' cancellation system. I was too ill to arrive at the surgery that day. Doctor called me 10 minutes later to give me an appointment that day. I appreciate that receptionists need to work out who needs an appointment that day and who does not. However, there is no excuse for rudeness!

Been trying to register for well over the allowed 48 hour period, one moment it takes 2 days, and the next it takes over a week. Telephoning is a waste of time any time past 11 am, and yesterday it took bang on 55 mins before someone could finally be bothered to pick up, do your self a good turn, avoid, avoid, avoid
