   I highly highly recommend Cromwell Wikes for their good service,advice,understanding, regardless english not been our 1st language Richards and Justin helped me and my elder brother for my young brother who lives in Ivory Coast to have a sucessful immigration application even though it was previously refused by the home office under EU law before we contracted them. They gave us sound advice and submitted a brand new application for us they were efficient, highly professional, our case went for appeal hearing in december and i have to mention even though Richard was unwell he showed up early at the court preparing me and my brother for the hearing at the tribunal he managed to stay all day through the hearing it was so professional gave us and the judge brilliant arguments. He is an extraordinary human being and caseworker. I was treated with respect throughout the whole process. Justin takes every case seriously and gets back to you quickly. If he doesn’t know an answer he will make sure to research and come back to you with an explanation. English isn’t my first language and I was unfamiliar with the UK legal system, but Justin was incredibly patient and answered all my questions and explained in plenty of detail to ensure I understood. Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable and hard working, but he also demonstrated great empathy and listened to my situation with compassion and care.
