   The service has been very slow. Responses via WhatsApp take a long time, and e-mail is even worse. I scheduled a consultation, but the lawyer didn’t show up, and no one informed me. I was only attended to after I filed a complaint, at which point they rescheduled. They requested documents to assess my case, but I still haven’t received any response. I would not recommend this service; if I could, I would give it zero stars.
