Had an awful experience start to finish. Took £20,000 before they refused to represent me. All I had done was point out that my original advice was flawed and Karen Jackson then refused to speak to me face to face and sent an email stating that didlaw could no longer represent me. This experience set back my mental health recovery and 18 months later my new solicitors and barrister secured me a six figure settlement. The firm had a high turnover of solicitors and I had 4 changes in my short time with them. As someone with complex PTSD and having experienced disability discrimination they dealt with me without any scrap of compassion. Don’t believe the hype

It is unfathomable that this firm should be rated anything less than 5 stars. My experience with them from start to finish was outstanding. Transparency, honesty and fantastic client care really stood out for me. Karen Jackson I will forever be indebted to you for truly fighting my corner as though I was dealing with my big sister. You told me harsh truths when I needed to hear them, which is what you want from your solicitor, but you had my best interests at the forefront throughout. THANK YOU! If you're lucky enough to have Karen representing you, and I don't say this lightly, know that you are in the best possible pair of hands that the industry can offer. To the rest of the team (Kim Evans, especially): you are amazing. The work you do, it changes lives. I type this with tears in my eyes as I recall the weight that was lifted off my shoulders by didlaw. Thank you all ever so much. To prospective clients: Do not think twice about engaging didlaw. They are incredibly good at what they do. They act without delays, the information they provide you is extremely transparent including costing, they will advise you on how to interact with their firm in order to limit accumulating unnecessary excessive costs (for example, sending fewer emails) - other firms would never do this! They take their duty of care very seriously and are extra supportive if your circumstances are having any effects on your mental health, etc. There are so many firms out there that just want to accumulate fees and that is their first priority before the clients' interest. didlaw is not one of them.

Had intended to instruct Liz McGlone but she made an error in email coms which led to delays and then due to capacity the firm couldn’t act ultimately. However, Karen Jackson did step in and assess my individual needs and went above and beyond in securing a very highly regarded barrister under a direct access arrangement. I can see why Karen is so highly recommended and it was clear from our communications that she’d be someone great to have in your corner with any discrimination law matters.

Five star excellence from initial contact to achieving a very positive outcome and closing my case. Guided all the way through with quality advice by a very caring, approachable and honest team, led by Anita Vadgama. All advice and communication was clear, straightforward and easy to understand - - no legal obfuscation, gobbledygook or waffle! Mindful of my financial situation, Anita and her team always looked to avoid unnecessary costs while always delivering exceedingly high quality service at a very fair price, thus ensuring exceptional value. Didlaw not only excelled, but exceeded all expectations. If, like me, you face a situation and are not sure who to turn to, talk to Didlaw.

I am happy to thoroughly unreservedly recommend Didlaw to anyone with employment issues. Having found myself in a very difficult employment termination place, Anita and her team stepped in. What a relief to find out I wasn't at fault and took the issue forward for me. I can happily advise it was resolved to the satisfaction of myself. Yes, initially, you have to fund it yourself, but if Anita and her team are confident then don't worry .

I was referred to Joanne Sinclair at Didlaw through a work colleague, and without her/the law firm I would have been completely out of my depth. Joanne is Brilliant!!! Competent, efficient, eloquent and more importantly understanding and beyond professional. I would recommend using this firm if you want an outstanding law firm who provides Solicitors who are exceptional at what they do from beginning to end, who help you to understabd even the most complicated legal terms, work with you to achieve the best outcome and give you complete peace of mind!!!

I can highly recommend Elizabeth McGlone, Liz showed total dedication to my case, always kept me informed and guided me to achieve the best outcome, whilst accommodating my fears and concerns. In addition I found Liz very flexible, accessible and very practical which at a time of uncertainty was very helpful. Thank You So Much Liz

The care, concern and support that I received from Elizabeth McGlone helped make the situation that I am was facing easier to respond to. I do not hesitate to recommend Elizabeth and didlaw. What they say, they do and my experience of their advice was spot on for my circumstances.

I am pleased to give the strongest recommendation to Didlaw. I expected a thorough and highly professional approach based on the recommendations I had received regarding this firm being nationally leading, but Karen Jackson and her colleagues also gave me an extremely high level of personal attention and understanding, coupled with a tough but fair stance towards the ‘other side’, which enabled us to progress to a resolution. They were always there for me and my family (and still are should I need further support). I cannot thank them enough for their understanding and support throughout.

I remember clearly the very first call I had with Anita from Didlaw. Her incredible knowledge and experience was evident but what struck me the most was her warmth, her ability to allow you to feel heard, to understand, show care and consideration and empathy all whilst giving confidence that matters would be in good hands and dealt with swiftly. This feeling was emulated across the whole team who I came into contact with over a few months. A highly skilled and professional team who have 'human' at the heart of the work they do. I cannot recommend Anita and the Didlaw team highly enough.
