Brought our little boy in because he hurt his ankle. Had far better service here than in Alder Hey. Brilliant nurse (called Anne I think) saw us right away and referred for an onsite x-ray. She was really kind and very professional, referred us to the fracture clinic for further review. In and out (including the x-ray) in about 1 hour. Would highly recommend.

I have been taking my children here for years. It is always such a good service. You can tell the staff love working with children and want to make sure they haven't missed anything. They have spotted things my GP didn't and I always feel like you can trust their advice and diagnosis. Thank you to the staff for being so lovely.

Got there at 8am Friday morning and was in and out in 30minutes. Nadine and Sarah were lovely. Efficient and great with my 10 month old. We were in for an ongoing ear infection. I didn’t know what to expect after seeing the reviews but I figured getting in at the beginning of the day would be the best chance and it worked out. Would definitely go back!

They forget they are dealing with stressed mothers with sick children, no ear to hear the complaints for waiting sometimes more than 3 hours for couple of people in line! They don’t accept “abuse” but the parents have to accept their neglect! Great service from pathetic people! Also if you complain you are going to wait more just because they can do that! Don’t waster your time and your child health go straight to Alder Hey or to the GP

I was very happy with the entire service, from the receptionist to the nurse who saw my son. They were all professional and kind, and it was evident that the nurses genuinely care for children, often smiling at my son. The nurse who attended to us was knowledgeable and thorough during the examination. She was also very attentive to me, taking the time to answer all my questions. Additionally, I was impressed with their waiting time management. The monitor in the waiting area displayed a target of under an hour, which they met, as I was out of there in less than an hour despite a steady inflow and outflow of patients. I would definitely return if I have any other issues with my son.

Just back from the quickest time spent in a walk in centre ever. The staff were amazing the triage nurse in particular who helped me when my little boy vomited as soon as we arrived. In and out in 20-30 mins and everyone was fantastic. Thank you to everyone in today :)

Today in 31st Jan 2023 . In afternoon we went to this Smithdown walk in clinic as we got call from my son's school that he met with an accident and his ear got cut we rushed here thought alder hey will be too much waiting. But here the same thing staff was totally pathetic they saw my son for 1st review then they said to wait for 2nd review we waited almost 2 hours then finally they saw my son my it was even worst earlier he was playing he had no idea that he injured but after the lady hold my son's ear he panicked and wanted to rush but we had to hold him tight sbd his eR

We brought our son in on sunday 4th of December as he had developed spots around his body. The centre was absolutely rammed and was not faciltated to cater to families without access to the gp on the weekend. We had to wait in the car park for 5 hours or even more and in that time my child had vomited all over me and been cold as he can't be around the other kids in the centre. Only positive I can give is the reception staff being nice. It all just seemed unethical. Never want to come here again once we're done. *just a little update to say my child had managed to shake off a chesty cough before we came the walk in centre and now it's back after he had to wait in the car for 5 hours.

Have been here twice with my little girl, once during lockdown and once recently. Amazing service. We are so lucky to have this team here. Thank you :)

Great place, well organised and lovely staff. Went late on a Saturday afternoon. Triage was almost immediate and we were seen by a nurse practitioner within about half an hour. Team is a credit to the NHS.
