I can’t recommend Dr Liu enough. I have needed Dr Liu for two issues. The first was my back. I hurt my back and was in agony and she completely healed me in 3 sessions. It was like a miracle. Secondly, I am using Dr Liu for psoriasis treatment. I have suffered for about 5 years with psoriasis on my hands. I have been to the doctors, hospital and to see specialists and nothing has worked. The next stage was immunotherapy, which I was hesitant to try. So I called Dr Liu and in two sessions my hands are so much better already! I am receiving treatment from Dr Liu for a few aches and pains but mainly my shoulder and elbow. Ive had a few treatments now and the pain in my elbow has gone and I have regained motion and strength in my arm that was being effected by the shoulder pain. I came to see Dr Liu a few months ago with two unconnected issues regarding my Health. 1) Trigeminal Neuralgia 2) BHP ( Enlarged Prostate The first 4/5 Sessions were for the Trigeminal Neauralgic pain that I have been experiencing for several years on the left side of my face and neck which often flared up at least once per month ( sometimes twice) It’s now a couple of months into seeing Dr Liu and I haven’t had a single flare up of neuralgia in my face or neck, which also used to be tight and tense, but doesn’t feel that way anymore. also I’m now able to turn my head to the left side to a greater extent and with less tension.. In the last month or so, Dr Liu has focussed on treating my BHP. I have had this condition for many years and was surprised to find that after only a few sessions, I was starting to see improvement in my condition. With more and more sessions the improvement is more significant and lasting for longer. Dr Liu ( pronounced ‘ Loo ‘ ) always makes you feel at ease, welcomed and in safe hands. She has a great wealth of experience and knowledge of Chinese Medicine and has in some cases been able to help people, where other acupuncturists were not able to do so.. Vertigo. Thank you, Dr. Liu -with your knowledge and skills you’ve given two people their lives back ! My wife has suffered vertigo intermittently for the past three years - visits to our G.P. led eventually to a referral to an E.N.T. consultant from the Welsh N.H.S. who, after a very long wait for an appointment, could provide no solution to our problem and we left the hospital none the wiser and no better off. Our Summer holidays were spent confined to our hotel room thanks to multiple vertigo attacks, at which stage we decided that we just had to find someone who understood the problem and, more importantly, who could actually help. With the assistance of the internet we read that acupuncture had been found to be helpful in the treatment of vertigo and we looked for a local acupuncture specialist (my wife’s vertigo condition was frequently triggered by movement, so travel for treatment had to be kept to a minimum.) …… And there our luck changed when we found Dr. Liu’s Lotus Clinic; on our initial consultation, following in-depth questioning and a clear understanding of the problem, Dr. Liu confirmed that she was confident that she could help - and help, she did!! Gradually, over the course of her treatment, my wife’s condition has improved and she has just had her first month totally free of vertigo for over three years; one of her great pleasures is gardening and, this weekend, for the first time in years, she has spent a few hours working in the garden with no sign of vertigo whatsoever - she’s getting her life back at last! Having suffered with an excruciating neck pain for a year and a half with no relief from other treatments I decided to try acupuncture with Dr Liu. Having been unable to play any sport for a year, I was able to play golf and tennis this week - incredible! I have no pain in my neck or associated headaches. I no longer take pain killers and feel confident to participate in my sporting activities. I would happily recommend this treatment to anyone suffering pain.
