    My little one has been coming here since July 2025, and even though it hasn’t been very long he has made some lovely friendships, and this is the first place I feel he is truly accepted for who he is, without the need for him to make himself smaller or quieter. I was so unsure of how he would be as they go into the dojo without parents, but from day 1 it seems he feels comfortable, and I can’t tell you what that means to us as his parents. I never thought I’d see the day he could be still enough or engaged enough to pass a grading, but in such a short space of time he smashed it. Thank you so much! We can’t wait to see what the next years have in store.

    This is an excellent martial arts school. The instructors are brilliant, especially our kickboxing instructor Corey. He totally understands my daughter's SEN difficulties and adjusts training sessions to meet her needs. He is great at explaining things and breaks the more complex moves down so even an unco-ordinated oldie with limited flexibility like me can do them. All the staff including the receptionist and junior instructors are friendly and approachable. We wouldn't train anywhere else.

    I trained with Scott thirty years ago and now I bring my daughter. She loves it and the team are all really welcoming and get the best out of the kids. Would definitely recommend this club, plus there’s a wide range of classes too!

    My Son, Locklan, had a taster session with Insite Martial Arts in June 2025, and we joined up before leaving! :) He turned 4 years old in July, and absolutely loves coming here! He was made to feel a part of a team straight away, and friendships formed immediately. I have noticed him grow in confidence, and he feels proud of his presence at his Martial Arts class. He loves learning skills and routines, all whilst building self confidence and developing respect and discipline :) Insite Martial Arts is such a welcoming and friendly environment, and I can’t wait watch my Son’s journey as he develops further.
