   Changing rooms absolutely stink like sewerage. They don’t tell you at reception or any signs saying you need a pound coin for locker. Had to bring toddler back through to reception in swim wear to ask for a coin but they said take your bags swimming with you instead. Floors need a really really deep clean it stinks. I won’t ever come here again

   The reception staff are incredibly rude. We've been using this for over a year now with zero improvement in customer service. The changing rooms never seem to be clean with litter all over the place and a strong smell of urine and faeces. This is a community pool and portrays a very poor image of Rotherham Borough Council.

   It's a dull place generally and the water in the big pool is barely heated. I get so cold I have to go in the sauna to warm up. Miserable staff. People get in your way in lane swims all the time. Also very creepy mixed changing rooms and showers, not comfortable or relaxing.

   Great facility at a very reasonable price. We took our grandson swimming. The only improvement I would recommend would be to add a few more family changing rooms as there are only 3 and we did have a fair wait.

   Attended today with my mother for the first time and upon arrival , there was a customer signing up. Two staff members were on the front desk, one was serving the lady and the other did not acknowledge us. Staff on reception were not welcoming or friendly. Wouldn’t hurt to smile. The changing rooms were for both genders and the smelt was quite unpleasant. The smell of poo/ urine hit our nostrils as soon as we entered. There was a nappy in a changing cubicle on the bench that I walked into which was not great. We only got to use the sauna for 3mins and were told shortly to leave, not sure if this had anything to do with a school swimming session. The pool water was quite warm. With the amount of filth, you would think that you could smell some Chlorine in the pool, but we couldn’t smell any at all which was quite worrying considering the hygiene levels do not appear to be the best. I thanked the staff on my way out and was ignored. As previous reviews have stated, cleanliness of the leisure centre needs improvement and staff should try improve on their customer service skills. Not sure if I will attend again.

   Recently became a member. Staff are polite, it's always clean. Just make sure you book for a place before turning up for a swim, as it's normally fully booked if you just turn up.

   Great reception staff, very helpful and patient. Clean pool, not as deep as many, fairly warm. Unisex shower area and lockable private showers useful for families. Good sauna and steam rooms to relax in after exercise. Need to collect car park free ticket on check in at Reception so allow extra time. Booking on line straight forward.

   The fun pool is suitable for all the family, not too deep. There is a small "lazy river" and a bubbly seating area. The slide is quite fast but fun.

   I enjoy going there mainly for the classes and Swimming but the issue with cleanliness within the pool area is appalling. Another thing either the steam room or sauna isn't working and I feel it is very unfair that I'm paying for a service but it is not being provided and any time you try to speak to the manager called Jamie he is extremely rude. So complaints don't really get dealt with but brushed under the carpet. Very poor Sevice. that
