I called to ask for an update on my EU partner visa. The person on the phone was very kind and extremely helpful and gave me the necessary update. The call dropped and he immediately called me back. So nice! Looking forward to visiting this gorgeous country!
I urgently needed visas for an upcoming trip to Malta with my family and the representative at the High Commission was extremely helpful and assisted with expediting the approval! He even phoned me back to say they were ready! Excellent service . Thank you.
Excellent service from Micol at the Maltese High Commission regarding the application of my wife's citizenship. Although Maltese Central government back office systems are not fast, Micol's professionalism, attention to detail, responsiveness coupled with her friendliness made the whole process much easier. Helped me renew the passport, was in and out in under half an hour, i think they do appointments alphabetically because there was anther Alex Agius at the same time as me

Response times are very quick and if there is ever a doubt or concern, I was sure to receive a phone call. Awful customer service, can reach no one by phone and are very inflexible. Still do passports in person despite the pandemic and don't reimburse you for the hundreds of pounds spent on train tickets. Do better.
Can't get an answer by email. Can't get through on the phone. Call during published open hours to get an answerphone saying the commission is closed. Or call during open hours and get passed arpund the menu options as no one is actually picking up the phone. I have literally a 1 minute query and after 3 weeks of trying I still don't know the answer. Sort it out - no one calls a high commission for a social chit chat

Very good experience. Bronia was always helpful and staff generally kind and humane. I just wish that there were similar services in Northern UK as it is a mission going to London!
