“I used Embassy Executive Cars when i had an emergrncy and had to be collected from Heathrow and driven to an event in time. They were understanding, brilliant and did not fail me. “In December I applied for a passport renewal for my child. Queues are insane, but the app is great and it was easy to book an appointment in Scotland and get registered on a queue in London. Due to the fact that my son’s passport due to expire next month - we were prioritised for an additional appointment, which had been organised by the embassy. Everything was quick, easy, people were helpful. Thank you!”

“I have never had any issues with the staff. I must say the service is really fast and convenient. I applied for a visa by post and and the process was 3 days from when I sent it to when I received it. I posted for next day delivered and returned. Posted on a Tuesday and received it back on a Thursday same week. Tell me which other embassy can do that? I once applied by post but did not put in all documents. My documents were sent back including the application fee. Try doing that with the UK embassy or US embassy and see how long it will take to get a reply or if you will see you money. Credit should be given when earned. Well done and carry on with the good job. I am happy for the good job you guys are doing. Improvements will always come at some point. Rome was not built in a day.”
