Just discovered Embassy London while browsing on line, and discovered a fantastic company. The boots I ordered arrived extremely quickly, and I am so impressed with the wonderful soft leather quality, and I actually ordered another pair. I’m also very pleased that their sizes go up to size 9 for ladies like me. The fact that returns and delivery are free, and customer service is so fantastic as well. I would definitely recommend this company
As a man, it is often hard to find shoes that are stylish, but also whimsical and fun; luckily this store exist. Even better is the customer service. Alicia took really good care of us help me pick out the perfect shoe and even taught me how to use a shoehorn.

Bought my first pair from this cute little corner store during my trip to London. I was attracted to the beautiful shoe colors in the window. The staff was friendly and helpful. They listened to my needs and made me feel welcome. I highly recommend this shop.
Very helpful staff, finally after many years they have bigger sizes than 40. I love the unique design and the quality. Bought 2 pairs. Have to wait for one to be delivered from a different branch.
Had my wrong address and tried to tell me I had entered it incorrectly - I’ve lived at my address for 26 years so I think I know where I live ! Awful customer service , no goods received and now have to wait 10 days for a refund - have taken advice from trading standards . Customer service rude and far from helpful , just keep repeating not their fault ? Update to comment below The address wasn’t checked with my bank as it’s not my address Three attempts by the courier were not made. I contacted them three times to try to change the incorrect t address that I did not enter ! I contacted this company and expected the issue to be resolved , instead I have received a barrage of abuse and now am awaiting a refund which will take forever as they are making me wait until the courier returns the goods to them As a customer expected much more than this excuse for customer service, they have done nothing to try to resolve this issue . I have passed to both my bank and trading standards. Customer service at its poorest
Husband ordered me boots from here 4 weeks ago for our anniversary. After numerous attempts to contact them to see where the boots are after getting an email saying they had been shipped 2 weeks after ordering them. They finally emailed him back 4 weeks later to say they would refund him the money without even asking him we wanted the boots and just wanted to know when they would arrive not a refund. Don't shop here customer service is appalling should treat customers better. Especially if they are going to charge so much for the boots
Visited the store in Greenwich Market, did not know the brand before, but the staff was really friendly and professionally explained the materials of shoes and their stories. I bought a pair of shoes, and enjoyed the whole shopping experience.
