As soon as I gave him the ideas I had in mind for my suit he went to the stockroom and got me 3 options and all of them were amazing. “Popped into the Calvin Klein store in Stratford on Sunday and had an absolutely fantastic experience. I was served by a young man named Henderson, I was told he’s only been there two or three months, but you’d never guess it. His level of service was genuinely exceptional. He went into full problem-solving mode to help me find exactly what I needed in the right size, and it never felt like I was bothering him, quite the opposite. Too often, shopping can feel like a chore for both customer and staff, but Henderson clearly enjoys helping people and making sure they leave with the best possible experience of the brand. That kind of attitude is rare and absolutely deserves a shout-out. I’d also like to mention his manager, Helen, because it’s clear that great team members flourish under great leadership. Kudos to both of them and to the whole team at the Stratford store really impressive service.”

She directed me on which shoe styles she thought were the best fit for me and even measured my feet for me.
