Today I visited your store with my partner. We first went to the women’s underwear section, where a sales associate with braided hair approached me and asked if I was looking for something specific. I replied that I was just browsing. While I understand that part of a salesperson’s job is to assist customers, it should not come at the expense of making them feel uncomfortable or watched. Unfortunately, I felt like I was being constantly observed, as if I was going to steal something. It was one of the most uncomfortable shopping experiences I’ve had. Later, we went to the men’s underwear section to find a specific size and color. Another staff member came to ask if I needed help, and when I said I was looking for a certain size, they said they would check the stockroom and asked me to wait. As I was standing there, the same sales associate from earlier approached me again and asked, “What are you waiting for?” I told her another staff member was checking for a size in the stockroom. She came back a few minutes later and said there was nothing logged in the system, in a tone that made me feel like I was making it all up or wasting time in the store. Eventually, we were told the size wasn’t available, so we chose a different item to purchase. As we were at the register, I noticed the same associate had clearly already spoken to the manager about us, because the manager came over and asked, “Is everything okay here?” and the associate responded, “Yes, they just wanted this.” I’m writing this to express how disappointing this experience was. You never know what kind of person walks into your store—someone like me, for example, has ADHD and prefers to shop in peace without being closely monitored. Your staff should offer a welcoming environment, not one that makes customers feel like suspects. It’s also important to remember that we should never judge people based on the way they dress, speak, or the color of their skin. We never know someone’s story—and everyone deserves to feel respected and valued. You already have security staff in place for theft prevention. Salespeople should focus on hospitality, not surveillance. I’ve shopped at many Calvin Klein stores across various countries and have never felt so uncomfortable before. This visit left me feeling unwelcome and unfairly treated. I hope this feedback helps improve how your staff interacts with customers in the future.

Popped into the Calvin Klein store in Stratford on Sunday and had an absolutely fantastic experience. I was served by a young man named Henderson, I was told he’s only been there two or three months, but you’d never guess it. His level of service was genuinely exceptional. He went into full problem-solving mode to help me find exactly what I needed in the right size, and it never felt like I was bothering him, quite the opposite. Too often, shopping can feel like a chore for both customer and staff, but Henderson clearly enjoys helping people and making sure they leave with the best possible experience of the brand. That kind of attitude is rare and absolutely deserves a shout-out. I’d also like to mention his manager, Helen, because it’s clear that great team members flourish under great leadership. Kudos to both of them and to the whole team at the Stratford store really impressive service.

Rarely write, but the staff (and esp the manager) here work really hard, they're always organizing the store-and so deserve a good review! They always seem to be in a good mood, are very proactive in assisting customers, and welcoming. Only suggestion - to have somewhere to leave tried items outside the fitting rooms, and have someone man the fitting room in case size assistance is needed

We went to buy some underwear. The client service was awful. My spouse was nitpicked multiple times. At some point she felt rushed to finalise her choice, despite she was still choosing.

Just called the store to find out if they sell swim trunks and the lady on the phone was extremely helpful and told me what sizes they had left in store... Unfortunately they weren't the sizes that I was looking for but her being so helpful saved me a trip

There was a lovely member of staff called China/Chyna who pleasantly helped me make a decision on what to get. I didn’t feel judged nor awkward, and I’m really grateful for such great service. Thanks!!
