    Simple the worse Hugo Boss I’ve ever encountered due to terrible staff and management! I walked into the store and wait 20 minuted at the empty counter (the store was empty and staff stood around on his phone). Finally he came over and said “what do you want” in a voice which seemed like I was bothering his phone time trying to make a purchase ! The manager, Ben, came over who was no better! He was walking around either half asleep or out all night, but was totally incompetent and looked extremely sloppy and messy like he was in desperate need of a shower. This is Hugo boss in Chelsea? The staff seem to think it’s their living room at home and customers are inconveniencing them to walk in and want to buy something.

    Extremely unprofessional! The guy downstairs at the suites is very impolite !! I went on the 1st appointment and there was no tailor there the second time that I went He didn’t even said good morning when I entered the store and told me go to the fitting rooms! I know boss from Germany and was always a good customer- this store is definitely doesn’t reflecting the brands premium image image! Very disappointed!

    Terrible experience. A week ago I have bought here a sweater and didn’t fit it in shop (I never fit anything in shop and usually prefer buying online). Then when I get home I tried to fit it and found a hole (!!) in the underarm area. Today I have returned back ti the shop to return it. The staff have said that I can’t return it and get refund because it’s obviously that I have worn it and because they don’t sell stuff in this condition. I said that I found the implication that I made it up and that I lie extremely offensive but he kept repeating this over and over. No one even apologised for selling me piece of clothe with a hole in it. And repeating that I have worn the sweater when I have already said that I haven’t and that they don’t sell clothes in this condition meaning that I lie is so humiliating and hard to imagine that you can face it in the shop like this. I was loyal customer buying a lot of boss clothing online regularly. I will never buy anything from them again after such not respectful treatment.

    I received a horrible hospitality from two staff downstairs. They didn’t offer help at all also let you feel unwelcome. I hope the store can train the staff well.

    I love the products from Hugo Boss but I was a bit let down with the service. I went there with my elderly uncle who uses a walking stick. We tried to use the lift, as he couldn't use the stairs. The lift was not working. There was no note informing customers of such and the staff didn't let us know. Also staff were too busy chatting to each other than serving us. Generally, a disappointing experience.

    Would expect better customer service in a store of a luxury brand like Hugo BOSS. Today I went to buy a plain colour top ( £120+) which was last item and has a kind of makeup stain on a collar. As I understood I was speaking to a supervisor or a manageress of the store. She would not offer any discount to cover cost dry cleaning, neither she would agree to make a note of the item condition on the receipt so I could return item if that stain does not dissappear after wash. There was onather lady who was helping from begining, very helpfull sale assistant, she checked on a system for me, and said that there are 2 items in onather store on Bond Street. Great news. But to my surprise when I asked a lady at the tilt to call that store and reserve it for me- the answer was simple " they won't answer the phone, just go the there". Amazing, how does she knew that they won't even answer a phone, if she even did not try? By the way the shop did not appear being very busy. There were only I and onather customer at a time in whole store. I should say that when we shop for a luxury brands and designers paying much higher prices- a good customer service use to be a part of the deal, but no more or it doesn't apply to the BOSS store on Sloane Square.

    Great experience, popped in with my wife looking for a suit for a wedding to attend and I felt very welcomed and also the staff quickly attended me. As soon as I gave him the ideas I had in mind for my suit he went to the stockroom and got me 3 options and all of them were amazing. I walked out with my suit (alterations done just after 2h of purchased it) and also a great tie and pocket sq to go with it. Totally recommend it !
