She welcomed us with warm hospitality and a genuine, natural smile that immediately made us feel comfortable. Throughout our visit, she patiently showed us various styles, took the time to understand what we were looking for, and guided us toward the most suitable options. Her knowledge about the shoes, their fit, and their features was truly impressive. She explained everything clearly and thoroughly, which made our decision so much easier especially after visiting 3–5 other shops beforehand. In the end, we purchased our shoes with complete confidence, largely because of her excellent support. Roisin’s professionalism, kindness, and outstanding sales skills are genuinely appreciated. She is an asset to the store, and I highly recommend seeking her assistance if you visit.

   Went to the store on the 18th of January and was greeted by the lovely staff at Westfield. While we were there, we were helped by the lovely Cheyenne. She went above and beyond to help us find the perfect fit and was absolutely lovely and personable the entire time. It was due to her that we ended up purchasing shoes when we originally planned to only have a look at a few different styles.
