    Lovely store with lots of selection but it’s ruined by the “manager” named Joe. He does not know how to treat customers and acted very rude and aggressive. I am a loyal customer however I will avoid this branch like the plague…. How can somebody that arrogant become a manager i’m not sure. Everyone else is excellent and greets you with a warm smile

    I visited Foot locker -Oxford street (542-556) ] and was really disappointed with the customer service. The salesperson seemed completely uninterested in helping and didn’t show any effort to answer my questions or guide me properly. It felt like they didn’t care whether make a purchase or not.

    I’m not recommending anyone to go to this brunch ,I went there today 17:30 to get a hat this security give me very very bad attitude and he stopped to ask me for receipt I showed him and he took off one sticker from the hat I asked him to put it back because it’s mine , he said to me : don’t give me attitude bc am black man . I said I don’t care u back or purple or white dude , and cashier : Casey F has attitude for no any particular reason I don’t understand if those people dose NOT like to to work why they do so !! Or they are just there to give customers hard time !! management I never get that attitude before in foot locker and he was looks like he want fight but I didn’t gave him chance btw I’m boxing fighter,violence is not solution we need to be kind and human beings.I don’t think I will go there again or one of the family,zero respect from people they serve customers to the security.

    Had a big women downstairs in the NBA shop she didn’t care about the shoes I was looking for she slam the nice shoes next to me to try on she had a bad attitude she should not work there if she doesn’t like her job The good part is a guy told me there had my size in Edgware he made more help with the Nike air force one that I was looking for he was much better then the woman Nike town was much more professional and more helpful Again the women should not work there with her horrible attitude problem the other people there was nice

    I personally feel like shops like these need to require their staff to take a hospitality course before hiring them. I went there yesterday looking for a regular pair of sneakers. I’m not a sneaker freak so I needed the assistance of one of the staff members to help me find a pair of shoes I can wear everyday. There was a black girl standing at the door wearing the type of sneaker I was looking for so I told her “Hello, I’m looking for a sneakers similar to yours but all black”. She asked me my size and called and Arab guy to help me. I’m not sure why she couldn’t help me because she was just standing at the door. All they got did was point at different types of shoes on the wall, once again I know nothing about sneakers so I wasn’t even sure what I was looking at but I knew none of them was what I wanted. Behind were 2 other Arab customers so he left me there clueless and went and dealt with the two other guys. The girl who sent me to him saw this and said or did nothing . I felt so bad I walked out the store because the customer service was beyond AWFUL. I come from a country where customers service is taken seriously so to see this in a store such as Footlocker really surprised me and I am utterly disappointed. Please train your employees on how to deal with customers properly. But I also realize that this is a normal thing in London everyone has an attitude for no reason and nobody is willing to help you. I wish I could give 0stars

    Today I visited Footlocker at Marble Arch at around 3:30 and I was at the children’s section looking for trainers to buy for my son. I asked one of the staff to check the foot size if my son and he looked at me as if it was strange that I didn’t know the accurate footsize. I kept on asking him 3 times to check and he wasn’t bothered to go and get the measuring machine to check even though this was a part of his job! He came almost 10 minutes later with the measuring tool and didn’t do it himself instead my son had to do it. He didn’t greet me, was wondering about and it is clear that he is lazy and doesn’t do his job properly. As I am a manager of several stores, I have had lots of experiences with customer service and this staff clearly isn’t trying or showing respect which shows he doesn’t like his job. I decided to try adidas and the staff treated me with respect and did their job properly. I hope you can resolve this problem as it is not good for the business in general!

    Great store layout, huge range of sneakers but didn't have my size available in the ones I wanted. Limited clothing stock. Lots of staff, quick and easy to get help with products.
