I recently went to Nepal Embassy to apply for Tourist Visa. It was quick and easy process. I received my ETA in less than 10 mins. I agree with other reviewers the office is in old state and needs a full refurbishment and facelift.
I received exceptional service at the passport section. The entire staff was incredibly supportive and friendly, creating a warm and welcoming environment that made handling the situation much easier. Their professionalism and kindness were truly commendable. Thank you for your outstanding service and support.
Overall - good service and helpful staff. Poor facilities, though. No accessibility for wheelchair or pushchairs, only steps. Toilets with old school lock and not clean. Looks exactly typical Nepali office setup in Nepal. It needs modernisation to prove it's located in London.
Can't believe that even the website is closed over the weekend. Never seen other government organisation's website closed during the weekend. Nepal embassy must review this if they regularly close down website over the weekend.
Used manual booking option because of high traffic (only London) or wrong code to renew passport online . Take photocopies and print outs for quicker service.

We are very irritated and unhappy with the online system that does not allow to fill the application due to slow server (probably operated form nepal ). The system is very slow and does work .Thus kept our application pending /unsubmitted . We could not apply for our lost passport because of the server which is always having issue (high traffic ). please help us to get our service done . There has to be something else as an alternative option. help.
