   I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding assistance and professionalism shown by the Iceland Embassy in London throughout our Schengen visa process. Although our situation was complex — involving UK BRP renewal, previously withdrawn applications, tight timelines, and last-minute travel plans — the embassy team consistently responded with patience, clarity, and exceptional support. Special thanks to Drífa Arnþórsdóttir and the visa team, who repeatedly went above and beyond to help us. They coordinated with VFS Global, made special arrangements for appointments, kept our applications on hold when required, guided us through multiple changes, and always communicated promptly and courteously. Their flexibility and willingness to accommodate our family despite the short notice was truly remarkable. Even though we ultimately could not attend the final appointment due to logistical and timing constraints, we are extremely grateful for the embassy’s understanding and encouraging attitude throughout the entire process. It is rare to experience this level of responsiveness and genuine care from an embassy. The Iceland Embassy in London has set a very high standard for customer service, and we thank them sincerely for all their efforts. We look forward to reapplying in the future.

   Worst people on earth. Denied you visa for no reasons, lied with the appeal process and very disrespectful and talk to people like trash! They should be evicted chased out of Schengen

   Dont let people to be frauded by VFS for schengen visa applications. Why dont you handle your applications by yourself? They charge 124£ for a simple schengen visa application, are you aware of it?!!!

   I am very unhappy about my experience here. I got kicked out for saying all i said was Ég ætla að blása þennan stað upp (which means hello i'm happy to see you in my native language). I will never be coming back here, terrible experience.
