The team is friendly, caring, and super helpful. Whenever I've seen a doctor they are attentive and thorough, ensuring I am getting all the right referrals. They're also amazing with my children and partner. If there's ever a blip over a prescription they get it sorted as quickly as possible, and they are great at calling you to follow up on results etc. All services are under pressure, but I truly cannot fault them!

Only redeemable value with this travesty is Dr Chambers who is great as a dermatologist specialist. The good majority of GPs here are absolute jokers who never grasp the real issues with your health. Had been given prescription of what I had tried previously which didn't work for me. Also had the cheek from Dr Baha Ali at one point who told me to "don't scratch" when dealing with my eczema. Don't trust him with any problems you have. I'm switching GPs. Shame it's too hard of a time getting an appointment with Dr Chambers. I'm done with this hole.

Liz was amazing. I had to get blood taken on 24.01.25 and I have a massive fear of needles. I was quite ashamed as I was crying. Liz immediately understood, and instead of being impatient and incompationate, she talked to me, calmed me down, took her time, and was so gentle. I hardly felt it and I honestly want to say a massive thank you for your lovely, kind nature. And the kindness you shown me. Queen Liz. From Tia

Worst experience I've ever had with a doctor's surgery. As an asthmatic, I struggle to get my regular prescriptions, let alone emergency ones. I constantly feel dismissed by the staff. The reliever inhaler they prescribed doesn't work for me, and despite informing them of the one that does, they continue to prescribe the ineffective one.

I moved to the area three years ago and registered with SGP at that point. Until this time I had always been with a family doctors in a small village where I am from. I have to say the difference is vast. At SGP I have never struggled for an appointment, every GP or other healthcare professional I have seen has always seemed very caring and I’ve felt listened to. I can’t say enough good things and I’ve been taken seriously and received productive advice after every appointment. Thank you so much.

Excellent, I have been at the surgery for less than a year and I must say the practice restored my faith in GPs. I never had any problems contacting a GP or seeing one at this practice and they always treated me with the upmost courtesy and professionalism. Furthermore I found the receptionists very helpful and always went out of their way to solve any problems or issues I may of raised. The prescription team were also very helpful and always sorted out my medicines in the correct timely manner. Thank you to the team at this excellent practice wishing you all the best.

Please do yourself a HUGE favour and DO NOT sign up to this GP Surgery. They are an absolute disgrace. I ordered my repeat prescription via the email address given, and was told it would he ready within 2 days. 2 days later, they sent me a text message saying that I need a review with my GP before they can administer medication for me. I called the surgery and was told that I have to wait 4 days for a telephone appointment, as I am currently working away and can't get into the surgery itself. So I have to go without any form of medication for over a week, all because they can't spare any resources to make me a basic telephone consultation for medication that I have taken for years and years. Medication that I rely on to function daily, as I have a sometimes crippling anxiety disorder. Absolutely disgraceful. I talked to 2 separate members of staff, who made no attempt to help at all. You're telling me that a doctors surgery doesn't have emergency appointments, or that they can't just sign off medication that is very clearly on my records? This GP surgery is an absolute joke shop, and I am going to put reviews on every single platform that I can find, to make people aware of just how bad this place is. There have also been errors with past test results etc over my time as a "patient".
