Awful service. You ring and leave voicemails and people don't respond. One professional says one thing and then the next person comes along and completely contradicts the other. You make a complaint and it takes months to respond and is still ongoing. The professionals don't read the notes the reports and then ask what you are here for today? Anyone reading this needs to go via NHS right to choice to progress assessments in a timely basis and speak to the ICB/their MP, as well as making sure you have people round you to look after you.

Absolutely awful, I can't get in contact with them first they don't answer the phone now they have turned the line straight to voicemail. 2 years after first appointment waiting aswell. Useless service.

Does anyone want to listen to the voicemails? As you don’t answer the phone

Even with a diagnosis there's a 2 year waiting list for treatment. It's diabolical. Everyone you ring about mental health in this area is linked to this clinic. They don't answer phones and often don't reply to messages left. If you do manage to speak to them they are wholly unapologetic, unsympathetic and often condescending.

Wouldn’t even leave one star. This service is an absolute shambles diagnosis a child which took years then still offer no support. Not one good thing I could say about them

this place is truly shocking i would leave no stars if possible been waiting since last november for a first initial appointment for my child have emailed them and called and they say they are running behind but cant give me a date of when my child will be seen at all i mean, how behind are you ! it makes me very sad to know that this place is the only provision for little kids it really does these kids deserve better

Got referred there for an autism assessment when I was around 9 years old. (I'm 20 now) I still haven't had that assessment. They kept losing my referral letter that the doctors sent to them. This also happened to my friend as well

Need to be ashamed of themselves my nephew is obviously autistic and adhd they had a appointment to measure his head which he had to wait 6 months for and never seen him again just phone call appointments where they basically make you feel bad for suggesting autism when that's what woodview is there for needs shutting down DISGUSTING!!!!

Absolutely shocking that this place is even still open. Constantly pass the book do not help children. Promise services that are not even able to children of a certain age. Prescriptions made when Peads havent even seen the children or assessed them. Dr Luin will promise the earth and then hang up on you when he cant answer the questions you ask him. Complaints get ignored the list goes on. This service is a constant disgrace to the children in Halton!
