Even Thought I didn't get a lawyer to take my case Am just so glad for the helpfull Receptionist lady Who was very helpful and gave us right advice very kind lady God bless her. Am just happy with service she provides. A big Thank you.
The gentleman at the reception actually listened to me on the phone, he checked my query with his colleagues and he called me back. He was very friendly and encouraged me not to give up. While they were not able to assist me, from the list he sent me I found another very helpful solicitor who eventually managed to answer my question. 4 days of search for answer has ended, happily.

Not very helpful could not help me with what I needed
Sorry ok for advice but took over a week to get solicitor which lead to further delays which meant I was left in limbo the solicitor Lawstop had bad reviews and was recommended was very poor and I have to find another solicitor leaving me with further delays and not getting correct legal help very frustrating
H and F Law responded very quickly to my query. The gentleman I spoke with was extremely knowledgeable and professional. What I found unique and outstanding about this firm is that the solicitors really listen and they speak in such a friendly manner as to really make you feel valued and heard. H and F deserve ten stars but I'll have to settle for giving them five. Thank you SO much for your excellent service.
Law Centre provided me great help and empathy on my worse time when I was struggling to find good solicitor to help me with my case , Charlotte took over my case and help me throughout and always be there for me . Their website portraits this centre as a place dedicated to help people with free advise and guidance. We were advised by Citizens Advise to come here for help. Yet the experience we got was terrible. We spend 3 days trying to reach their phone number and left several messages with no avail. Also sent several emails and nothing. So we took some time off work to go over their office and even though we know they have solicitors specialized in the area we needed we were quickly dismissed and just given a phone number that didn't even work. The receptionist was clearly more concerned about her upcoming lunch time than us. Avoid this place if you really need help. Waste of time. If you have the money, search for solicitors that will help you for a low fee. I'm sorry if my comment is crude but I think this centre is not worth of the Citizen's Advice endorsement nor its "for the people" entitlement.
