   Very friendly and professional service. Grosvenor physio has helped me with several things over the years - whiplash, sprained ankle, tennis and golfers elbow and a frozen shoulder. They are my go to first choice for any sprains and pains, as I know, with their guidance, treatments and exercise combinations, I will recover well. Highly recommended.

   I can’t recommend Sam highly enough! I came to her with chronic back pain that had been bothering me for months. From the very first session, she took the time to really listen and understand what was going on with my body , her deep knowledge of physiotherapy and massage techniques is evident and she tailored each session to address my specific needs. If you are looking for a skilled and dedicated physiotherapist, Sam is the best!

   I am so pleased that I went to this practice. The reception staff were so helpful and gave me an appointment within a week. I had self referred to the NHS and there was an 11 weeks wait just for a letter to book an appointment! By getting an appointment quickly at this practice made a great difference to my knee condition and also my mental health as I felt I was moving forward. Rob (physiotherapist) listened to the problems that I had with my knee, made notes and was able to give me great advice plus a treatment plan for me to follow. I would highly recommend this practice and I would certainly go back there if I ever needed to.

   At 82 years old , and after a particularly nasty accident resulting in an extremely painful and swollen knee, I had almost.resigned myself to.limited mobility and 2 boxes of painkiller a week. My visit to Grosvenor Street was a last resort. Staff were excellent from receptionist to consultant. I was treated as a normal.person and not as a 'little old lady'. Dave gave me a thorough examination, listened attentively to details of my accident and prescribed a series of exercises. I can only thank everyone and say that I have now got almost full.mobility. I am free of painkillers and have regained my self confidence. What a team!!!

Stewart took time to assess the issues then explained everything and provided exercise to develop incremental progress. This has been the most positive & encouraging experience of physiotherapy I have ever had. I would recommend these professionals to anyone looking for physio.

   I have been attending Grosvenor Physio on and off for the last 4 years with various injuries, some sport related, some work related. When I attend I am made to feel very welcome. I have mostly been treated by Vicky and have always found her to be professional and honest. She is extremely knowledgeable and experienced and always takes the time to listen to you. Vicky is a very caring and genuine person and will always go above and beyond for her patients. I would definitely recommend.
