   Outstanding. Miles better than my hearing air store. Went in to get existing hearing aid volume increased. Did a hearing test then tested what the hearing aid was doing as sound came into it. Added 3 settings to my hearing aid as well. Hearing is incredible now. Thanks!!

   I wanted Custom Earphone Sleeves to use primarily at the gym, and I've found them to be absolutely great. They don't move or fall out while I'm exercising. I also found that if I'm working with them, they allow me to concentrate fully on what I'm listening to without any distraction from background noise. The fitting of the sleeves was really easy and quick. They arrived promptly. Specialists at Chester Hearing and Balance services were very knowledgeable and explained everything to me fully. A first class professional service which I have no hesitation in recommending.

   What an amazing company! I was recommened by my surgeon to visit Sarah and I am so glad I did. She was so informative about all the different options of a hidden hearing aid and the vast choice of different models. If your hesitating and thinking of going to places like Boots or Specsavers, DONT! they dont have the same vast range and serivce you get from Chester Hearing and Balance, go, Sarah is so good at helping you to choose and the prices are not any more expensive.    I fully recommend this service. This was a very professional and friendly consultation. We immediately felt at ease and the examination and procedure was fully explained. The ladies were gentle and the procedure was less painful than expected as this had been experienced previously with the NHS. The visit alleviated my daughters fear of her ears being examined.
