Please avoid, took the money wanted card payment but didn't delivered sofas. After chasing for 4 weeks they told us to come a take the money in cash, they refused to refund through card as it was paid by card. This is definantly money laundry taking place!!! Stay away!!
Ordered Hannah electric recliner sofa’s with cup holders charging and led lights an hour before they closed delivered and assembled next day first thing in the morning a 3 2 and 1 seater all setup within 20 mins very quick and efficient service friendly staff and friendly delivery staff priced fairly and great quality furniture in store highly recommended thanks again to leather sofa world speak to jimmy or Mandy if ever in store will definitely use again if needed
Avoid Mandy she’s a complete liar, don’t believe a word she says. I chose a sofa and they delivered a ‘BROWN’ colour when I didn’t want a ‘BROWN’ colour. They then agreed they’ll fix this and made me wait 4 Different days over 3 weeks for the sofa to be exchanged, they just come up with excuses all the time and nothing was done to sort the issue out. They then say ‘BATCH COLOUR VARIATIONS’ can be different. You got to tell the customer before they buy ‘YOUR SOFA IS GOING TO BE A DIFFERENT COLOUR VARIATION’ JIMMY aka JAMIL the owner is USELESS and the staff will ‘BUY TIME’ by saying his gone on a world tour etc etc etc. I am now proceeding to take this company to claims court.
Purchased a dining table last month from here and we absolutely love it. The service from placing the order to delivery to setting up the table was amazing. Special mention of Mandy who helped us throughout the process and ensured the table was delivered as soon as possible. Highly recommend leathersofaworld.
Nothing but amazing service, we bought it and told them we were renovating and they let us choose delivery date, the people who assembled our sofa were ever so friendly and helped move it into the perfect place as we couldn't do it alone.
Saj (Interior designer) took deposit fo £3000 to design the house. Did 25% of the work and now disappeared. Total fraud. This money wont bring happiness to you. Mark my words Saj. You are the only person who did fraud with me.
Would not recommend this place at all avoid at all cost. Told my sofa I ordered would be 6 weeks waiting 21 weeks to have to then change the colour. They told me all sofa could be dismantled for then to then deliever and wud not fit three door after being told all the arms could be taken off had to then wait two weeks for them to take warehouse and take apart Delievery driver ripped my new flooring twice. Lady called me 1 week after this was reported to tell me I was lieing and spoke to me discuting Sofa went bak after 2 weeks as all the stitching came undone on the front nightmare custmer services would AVOID!!!!!!!!
Giving a 1 star rating is being more than generous , ordering a sofa from this company was the worst mistake I have ever made and from start to finish nothing short of horrendous.when our new chair and sofa arrived they were 2 different colours!!!and after multiple calls ( quite often no answer ) and visits to the showroom to be told that we wouldn't be able to have to have it replaced as there were no more in stock and they couldnt get anymore made , meaning that they always new that they wouldn't match but chanced it anyway. After finally getting a refund the delivery team came to collect the mismatch of furniture they sent us the final straw was him biting his nail and spitting it on the kitchen floor. Between the nail spitting delivery man and the untrustworthy sales staff they would be more suited getting a job at the zoo picking up penguins that have fallen over!
We actually drove past this place and then came back to it. It was worth it come take a look for yourself It's massive they have different style of sofas and dinning tables To clocks,mirrors,wall deco ect. They didn't have what I was looking for but I enjoyed the walk around. Great will pop in again.
We bought 3 + 2 reclining leather sofas in may 2014 from leather sofa world. We even bought 5 years accidental and structural warranty. Now its over 1 year since we are complaining about cuts appearing on edges and now they are torn and look terrible. All we get is, we've ordered the fabric, its coming But we are still waiting for more than one year. We cant even sell the sofas in this condition as no one will buy it. We are just stuck with these embarrassing torn sofas. I would recommend DO NOT buy from them because its crap faux leather sofas which don't even last one year!
