We did not need to do any chasing, and any documents received from the seller were promptly processed. Thornton Jones has a great app where they update the timeline of your purchase along the way, so you can always keep informed.

   The best property conveyance I've come across. I didn't have to follow up on anything because the service was fast and they provided weekly updates on the status of the project. Stuart and Geraldine provided a prompt and efficient service and being able to track the case through the Thornton Jones app which showed a step by step progression of the case allowing the customer to see exactly where they were and what was happening next. I'll undoubtedly recommend Stuart and Geraldine from Thornton Jones to my family and friends.
